Abstract
이를 위하여 본 발명은, 침사지(10)에 저장되어 있는 하수(11)에서 발생하는 악취를 흡입하여 이를 바이오필터(30)로 유입시키는 송풍팬(20)과, 악취 유입관(21)을 통해 유입되는 악취를 바이오필터(30)에 의해 저감시키는 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치에 있어서, 상기 바이오필터(30)는, 본체(31)의 하부에 구비되어 상기 악취 유입관(21)을 통해 유입되는 악취를 본체의 상부로 토출시키는 제1 다공판(32a)과, 상기 제1 다공판(32a)과 일정 거리 이격되어 구비되는 굵은 자갈층(33)과, 상기 제1 다공판(32a)과 굵은 자갈층(33) 사이에 구비되어 굵은 자갈층(33)의 하부를 지지하는 제2 다공판(32b)과, 상기 굵은 자갈층(33)의 상부에 구비되는 세라믹 담체층(34)과, 상기 세라믹 담체층(34)의 상부에 구비되는 잔 자갈층(35)과, 상기 잔 자갈층(35)의 상부에 구비되는 모래층(36)과, 상기 모래층(36)에 식재되는 정수 수초(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 침사지(10)에 저장되어 있는 하수(11)에서 발생하는 악취를 흡입하여 이를 바이오필터(30)로 유입시키는 송풍팬(20)과, 악취 유입관(21)을 통해 유입되는 악취를 바이오필터(30)에 의해 저감시키는 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치에 있어서,
상기 바이오필터(30)는,
본체(31)의 하부에 구비되어 상기 악취 유입관(21)을 통해 유입되는 악취를 본체의 상부로 토출시키는 제1 다공판(32a)과,
상기 제1 다공판(32a)과 일정 거리 이격되어 구비되는 굵은 자갈층(33)과,
상기 제1 다공판(32a)과 상기 굵은 자갈층(33) 사이에 구비되어 굵은 자갈층(33)의 하부를 지지하는 제2 다공판(32b)과,
상기 굵은 자갈층(33)의 상부에 구비되는 세라믹 담체층(34)과,
상기 세라믹 담체층(34)의 상부에 구비되는 잔 자갈층(35)과,
상기 잔 자갈층(35)의 상부에 구비되는 모래층(36)과,
상기 모래층(36)에 식재되는 정수 수초(40)를 포함하고,
상기 바이오필터 본체(31)의 하부에 구비되는 순환수 유출관(51)과,
순환수(51)를 보충하기 위한 순환수 공급부(50)와,
상기 순환수(51)를 펌핑하기 위한 순환수 펌프(53)와,
상기 정수 수초(40)의 상부에 구비되어 순환수(51)를 분사하는 살수 장치(55)와,
상기 순환수 펌프(53)와 살수 장치(55)를 연결하는 순환수 공급관(54)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 담체층(34)에는 다공성 유·무기 복합 세라믹 담체가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 정수 수초(40)는 다년생 정수 식물로서, 갈대, 달뿌리풀, 부들, 노랑꽃창포, 큰고랭이, 세모고랭, 줄, 삿갓사초, 골풀 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 송풍팬(20)과 바이오필터(30)의 사이에 풍량을 조절하기 위한 댐퍼(22)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 순환수 유출관(51)에 볼 밸브(52)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 살수 장치(55)에 다수의 스프레이 노즐(56)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오필터와 정수 수초를 이용한 하수처리시설의 악취 저감장치.
