수저를 담글 수 있도록 저장탱크(11) 저면에 히터(12)를 형성하고 저장탱크(11) 내측으로 공기방울발생노즐(13) 또는 초음파발생기(14)를 형성한 1차세척부(10)와,
상기 1차세척부(10)에 저장된 수저를 투입하여 이송할 수 있도록 투입구(21)와 배출구(22)를 형성한 몸체(23) 내측에 이송컨베이어(24)를 형성한 이송부(20)와,
상기 이송부(20)의 이송컨베이어(24)를 통해 이송되는 수저를 세척하기 위하여 세척펌프(31)에 의해 세척액을 분사하는 분사노즐(32)을 이송컨베이어(24)의 상,하측으로 형성하고 하측에 세척탱크(33)를 형성한 세척부(30)와,
상기 세척부(30)를 통과하여 이송되는 수저를 헹굼 할 수 있도록 헹굼펌프(41)에 의해 헹굼액을 분사하는 헹굼노즐(42)을 이송컨베이어(24) 상, 하측에 형성하고 하측에는 헹굼탱크(43)를 형성한 헹굼부(40)와,
상기 헹굼부(40)를 통과하여 이송되는 수저에 물기를 제거할 수 있도록 블로어(51)에 의해 바람을 분사하는 에어나이프(52)를 이송컨베이어(22)의 상,하측으로 형성한 건조부(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수저 세척장치에 있어서,
