Abstract
본 발명에 따른 액체탄산가스 저장탱크장치는 저장탱크와, 냉온수단과, 배출관을 포함한다. 상기 저장탱크는 내부에 탄산가스를 수용할 수 있다. 상기 냉온수단은 상기 저장탱크에 일단이 삽입된 냉매관과, 상기 저장탱크 내부에 상기 탄산가스를 저장할 때에는 상기 탄산가스를 액화시킬 수 있도록 상기 저장탱크 내부를 냉각시키고 상기 저장탱크 내부에 수용된 상기 탄산가스를 배출시킬 때에는 상기 탄산가스를 기화시키기 위하여 상기 냉매관의 냉매를 냉가열시키는 히터펌프를 구비한다. 상기 배출관은 상기 저장탱크 내부에서 수용된 기화된 상기 탄산가스를 배출시킨다.
본 발명에 의하면 액체탄산가스 저장탱크장치는 탄산가스기체를 공급하기 위하여 별도의 온수전열기화기가 필요하지 않는다. 이로 인하여 설치면적을 종래의 액체탄산가스 저장탱크장치에 비하여 2/3로 줄일 수 있다.
또한, 동절기에도 첨가액인 부동액이 필요하지 아니하므로 환경 오염을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 내부에 탄산가스를 수용할 수 있는 저장탱크와,
상기 저장탱크에 일단이 삽입된 냉매관과, 상기 저장탱크 내부에 상기 탄산가스를 저장할 때에는 상기 탄산가스를 액화시킬 수 있도록 상기 저장탱크 내부를 냉각시키고 상기 저장탱크 내부에 수용된 상기 탄산가스를 배출시킬 때에는 상기 탄산가스를 기화시키기 위하여 상기 냉매관의 냉매를 냉가열시키는 히터펌프를 구비한 냉온수단과,
상기 저장탱크 내부에서 수용된 기화된 상기 탄산가스를 배출시키기 위한 배출관과,
일단이 상기 저장탱크에 삽입된 코일관과,
외부로 분리될 수 있도록 상기 코일관에 삽입되어 상기 코일관을 냉각 또는 가열시킬 수 있는 히터파이프를 포함하며,
상기 저장탱크는 외부에 우레탄 단열재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체탄산가스 저장탱크장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일관을 가열시키기 위하여 히터파이프에 결합된 히터코일을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체탄산가스 저장탱크장치.
