Abstract
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은, 스테빌라이저바의 마운팅 지점이 외측방향으로 확대되어 굽힘 변형에 의한 손실을 억제할 수 있다.
Description
도 1b 는 종래의 리어 서브프레임에 장착된 스테빌라이저바에서 굽힘변형 및 마운트브라켓의 유동이 발생되는 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 스테빌라이저바가 리어 서브프레임에 장착된 모습 및 마운트브라켓의 모습을 부분확대하여 도시한 도면,
도 3 은 B-B 부분의 단면모습을 도시한 도면,
도 4 는 종래의 스테빌라이저바의 장착구조와 본 발명에 따른 스테빌라이저바의 장착구조를 평면도와 정면도 상에서 비교하여 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)
- 개구부가 형성되도록 양측에 대향하여 배치된 사이드멤버들이 전방멤버와 후방멤버로 연결되고 상기 사이드멤버들의 후방에 스테빌라이저바가 장착되는 리어 서브프레임의 구조에 있어서,
상기 사이드멤버들 후방 각각에는 마운트브라켓이 장착되고, 상기 스테빌라이저바는 마운트브라켓들에 끼워져 상기 리어 서브프레임에 장착되되,
상기 마운트브라켓은, 사이드멤버의 끝단에서 좌우방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출되도록 결합된 몸체부; 및 상기 몸체부의 끝단에서 스테빌라이저바가 끼워지도록 형성된 부시부;를 포함하고,
상기 사이드멤버들의 끝단에는 차체에 고정되기 위한 차체마운트부시가 장착되되, 상기 부시부는 차체마운트부시 보다 좌우방향을 따라 외측에 위치하도록 형성되며,
상기 차체마운트부시는 사이드멤버의 끝단에서 상하로 개구되도록 형성된 부시파이프에 끼워져 장착되고 상기 몸체부는 부시파이프의 외주면에 용접되어 결합되며 상기 부시부는 몸체부의 아래쪽에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리어 서브프레임의 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부는 내부가 중공(中空)된 박스 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테빌라이저바가 장착되는 리어 서브프레임의 구조.
