Description
도 2 는 본 발명에 반송용 부재를 사용한 로봇 핸드의 일례를 나타내는 사시 개념도이다.
도 3 은 진동 감쇠 특성의 평가방법을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 4 는 실시예 1 (반송용 부재 (A)) 및 비교예 1 (반송용 부재 (D)) 의 진동 감쇠 특성의 결과를 함께 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5 는 각 실시예 및 비교예에 있어서의 변형량의 시간 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)
- 고탄성률 피치계 탄소 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층, 및
상기 고탄성률 피치계 탄소 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층을 구성하는 매트릭스 수지보다 낮은 인장 탄성률을 갖는 유연성 수지층을 포함하고,
상기 유연성 수지층이 2 층 이상의 상기 고탄성률 피치계 탄소 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층 사이에 개재 삽입된 적층 구조를 갖는 반송용 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고탄성률 피치계 탄소 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층은 상기 반송용 부재의 길이 방향으로 탄소 섬유를 절취선 없이 배향시킨 일 방향성 재료인 반송용 부재. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유연성 수지층은 내열성의 고무층인 반송용 부재. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반송용 부재는 각주 파이프 형상을 갖고, 그 각주 파이프의 상하면에 상기 적층 구조가 배치되어 있는 반송용 부재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반송용 부재는 외팔보 상태로 사용되는 것으로서, 상기 유연성 수지층은 고정단측에서 연속하여 상기 반송용 부재의 전체 길이의 1/3 이상의 범위에 개재 삽입된 반송용 부재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
PAN 계 탄소 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층을 포함하는 반송용 부재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
최외층에 클로스 섬유 강화 수지 복합 재료층을 포함하는 반송용 부재. - 산업용 로봇의 아암 선단에 장착되는 로봇 핸드로서, 워크를 지지하는 지지부와 그 지지부를 아암 선단에 유지 고정시키기 위한 홀더부를 갖고,
상기 지지부가 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반송용 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 핸드. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
2 개 이상의 상기 반송용 부재를 외팔보 상태로 상기 홀더부에 유지 고정하여 이루어지는 로봇 핸드.
