Description

지열 및 공기열을 이용한 축열탱크와 히트펌프 냉난방시스템{Air-conditioning system with heat pump and heat storage tank using geothermal and air heat}Heat-conditioning system with heat pump and heat storage tank using geothermal and air heat}

The present invention relates to a heat storage tank and a heat pump air-conditioning system using geothermal and air heat consisting of a cooling tank, a cooling / heating tank, and a hot water supply tank, and more specifically, to the insulation and waterproofing of reinforced concrete structures in a building basement from the construction design time. It relates to a heating and cooling system using a heat pump and a heat exchanger to build and operate a heat storage tank, or to build a heat storage tank on the ground to use geothermal or air heat as heat sources.

A heat pump is a device used to cool and heat a room. A condenser for condensing a high temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant compressed by a compressor into a medium temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, and a medium temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant condensed by a condenser at a low temperature. An expansion valve for expanding with a low pressure liquid refrigerant, and an evaporator for evaporating the low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant passing through the expansion valve to a low temperature low pressure gas refrigerant to supply to the compressor.

That is, the low pressure gaseous refrigerant is compressed in the compressor and then delivered to the condenser in a high pressure gaseous state, where it is condensed into the liquid phase by releasing heat, and the condensed refrigerant is expanded under reduced pressure through an expansion valve and supplied to the evaporator, and the refrigerant is evaporator. Absorbs heat from outside and evaporates and then returns to the compressor.

Basic heat pump system is a device that absorbs heat from low temperature heat sources such as outside air, low temperature water, and well water, and creates high temperature heat sources such as warm indoor air and hot water and releases heat where it needs heat. Driving energy is required to move. Depending on the heat exchange medium on the heat source side (the heat pump part that receives heat) and the heat pump part that emits heat, it is common to distinguish between air-to-air, air-to-water, water-to-air and water-to-water systems. In addition, geothermal heat is used as an important heat source in geothermal heat pump systems that are widely used in Europe and North America, and can be considered as a vertical sealed type, horizontal sealed type, and open type.

The most widely used driving energy is electrical energy used to drive a compressor for compressing a refrigerant, which is a working fluid of a heat pump system. In addition to electrical energy, there is a driving method using thermal energy. An example is an absorption heat pump using steam, high temperature water, and combustion gas.

In other words, there is a method of using the engine to directly burn fuel to obtain power, and use it to drive a compressor for compressing the refrigerant. A system for operating a heat pump using an engine to burn gas is widely used.

The biggest feature of the heat pump system described above is that it can supply more energy in the form of thermal energy than the energy required for driving, which makes rational use of energy when using the heat pump. At this time, the ratio of the magnitude of the output thermal energy supplied by the heat pump to the input energy required for driving the heat pump is called a coefficient of performance (COP), and in most cases has a value greater than one.

The basic cycle of a steam-compressed heat pump driven by electrical energy consists of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device and an evaporator. When the low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant is compressed into a high-pressure gas at a temperature higher than the temperature of the atmosphere (or indoor air), heat can be released to the atmosphere (or indoor air). Basic concept.

A system is disclosed.

In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-0780460 (Nov. 22, 2007) relates to an economical cooling and heating system using a heat pump, and a plurality of medium storage units in which the heat pump is used as a heat storage or heat storage function or dualized by a heat storage and heat storage function. A plurality of diffusers are formed in each of the plurality of media storage units, thereby eliminating the problems of temperature control and unbalance of flow rate caused by simultaneous operation of the heat storage tank (or the cold storage tank), and With the high efficiency and durability as the biggest challenge, the construction cost is high, minimizing the equipment capacity with the regenerative bidirectional energy utilization system, and improving the installation quantity of geothermal holes due to the temperature imbalance of cold and hot water. Heat of sewage or wastewater discharge tank, heat generation heat of electric room, waste of equipment (compressor, etc.) And the like, while the most of the waste energy scattered to secure a sufficient recovery time of not tear when starting the air-conditioning system is the system is started to increase the equipment operating efficiency.

However, the above systems do not provide a means for adequately coping with the maximum load (overload) change due to the recent warming phenomenon or abnormal temperature.

The heat pumps 100 and 300 may use geothermal heat, waste heat, air heat, electric boilers, gas boilers, and the like as heat sources. The heat pump applied to the present invention applies a structure for using air heat and geothermal heat.

Heat pump 1 (100) according to the present invention is connected to the cooling tank (T1) and the cooling and heating tank (T2) by pipes (110, 120, 130) to the cooling tank (T1) and cooling and heating tank (T2). It serves to supply energy. That is, when heating is required, hot water is supplied to the cooling / heating tank (T2). When cooling is required, the water of the cooling / heating tank (T2) is changed to cold water for cooling, and the cooling water is supplied to the cooling tank (T1). It plays a role.

Heat pump 2 300 according to the present invention is connected to the hot water supply tank (T3) to supply energy, connected to the corrugated pipe 35 piped in the ground as a heat source, the efficiency of the heat pump 2 (300) is 3.5 times higher than efficiency.

In addition, the hot water supply tank (T3) connected to the heat pump 2 (300) according to the present invention is further provided with a hot water supply pipe (310, 320) is circulated supply of a constant temperature.

The heat exchanger 200 according to the present invention supplies heat to the water of the cooling / heating tank T2 by using the hot water of the hot water supply tank T3 during heating. In addition, during cooling, heat is supplied to the water at the use place 400 by using hot water of the hot water supply tank T3.

The object for exchanging heat of the heat exchanger 200 is adjusted by the heat exchanger inlet / outlet control valves v5 and v6 control valves. That is, the target of heat exchange of the hot water of the hot water supply tank T3 is selected according to the flow path selection of the heat exchanger inflow / exit control valves v5 and v6.

Two opening valves (v7, v8) are installed between the cooling tank (T1) and the cooling and heating tank (T2), and the two opening valves (v7, v8) are the cooling tank (T1) and the cooling and heating tank (T2). Opens and closes the passage to allow water to circulate due to temperature or pressure difference between The opening valves v7 and v8 are methods for integrating the capacity of the cooling tank T1 and the cooling / heating tank T2 to supplement the capacity of the heat pump 1 100 at the maximum load of the cooling and heating.

1 shows a heat source flow during heating according to the first embodiment according to the present invention.

According to the first embodiment according to the present invention, during heating, the low-temperature hot water of the lower part of the cooling / heating tank T2 is supplied to the heat source along the heat pump inlet pipe 110 to heat the hot water by the heat pump 1 (100). The hot water is supplied to the cooling / heating tank (T2) through the heat pump outlet pipe (120), and the high temperature hot water at the top of the cooling / heating tank is transferred to the use place (500) by the circulation pump (p2). The low-temperature hot water that is delivered and supplies heat along the circulation pipe at the use place 500 and completes the circulation is a flow back to the lower portion of the cooling / heating tank along the circulation discharge pipe 20.

In addition, the opening valves v7 and v8 are open during seasons (winter) when heating demand is high. Opening of the opening valves (v7, v8) to increase the capacity of the heat storage tank to use the heat pump 1 (100) of the small capacity to meet the heating demands of the use 500. Even when cooling, the open valves v7 and v8 are opened to increase the capacity of the cooling tank, thereby handling the demand for cooling in summer.

Finally, the control panel controls the operation of the control valve (v1 ~ v6) and the circulation pump (v1 ~ v6) to adjust the movement path of the water through the circulation pipe during heating as described above.

According to the second embodiment according to the present invention shown in Figures 2 and 3, the supply pump installed between the cooling tank (T1) and cooling and heating tank (T2) instead of the role of the opening valve (v7, v8) A supply pipe connecting the p5 and the supply pump p5 to the cooling tank T1 and the cooling / heating tank T2 is located. This serves to solve the imbalance of the flow rate and temperature between each tank.

2 shows the heat source flow at the time of heating when the heating capacity is small.

During heating, the low temperature hot water at the lower portion of the cooling / heating tank T2 along the heat pump inlet pipe 110 becomes hot water by the heat pump 1 (100), and the high temperature hot water is connected to the heat pump outlet pipe 120. It is discharged to the top of the cooling and heating tank (T2) through. The high temperature hot water discharged to the upper portion of the cooling / heating tank is supplied to the use place 500 by the circulation pump p2, and the high temperature hot water that has been circulated at the use place 500 becomes the low temperature hot water to form the circulation discharge pipe 20. Therefore, it can be seen that the flow returns to the lower part of the cooling / heating tank again.

At this time, the heat exchanger 200 connected with the hot water supply tank T3 increases the temperature of the water in the cooling / heating tank by using the hot water of the hot water tank T3.

The heat source flow during cooling according to the second embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 3 will be described in detail.

During cooling, the water in the upper portion of the cooling / heating tank T2 along the heat pump inlet pipe 110a becomes cold water by the heat pump 1 (100). The cold water is discharged to the lower portion of the cooling tank (T2) through the heat pump outlet pipe (120).

At this time, the pipe connecting the heat pump outlet pipe 120 and the cooling tank is connected by the heat pump inlet and outlet control valve (v2).

On the other hand, the cold water in the lower portion of the cooling tank is supplied to the place of use 500 by the circulation pump (p1). The cold water serves to lower the room temperature at the place of use 500. The cold water flows back to the upper portion of the cooling / heating tank again along the circulation water discharge pipe 20a after the circulation is completed.

In addition, the supply pump (p5) serves to maintain the balance of heat and flow between the cooling tank and the cooling and heating tank by supplying the water of the cooling tank to the cooling and heating tank, the heat exchanger 200 is a hot water tank (T3) And hot water of the hot water supply tank T3 are heat-exchanged with the water of the use place 400.

The heat exchanger 200 is connected to the place of use 400, not the cooling / heating tank, so that the water in the cooling / heating tank should be maintained as cold water.

4 is a diagram illustrating a configuration in which the first and second embodiments of the present invention are merged, and further description will be provided based on the configuration.

As shown in FIG. 4, the heat storage tank and the heat pump air-conditioning apparatus using geothermal and air heat according to the present invention implement the opening valves v7 and v8 and the supply pump v5 simultaneously to open the valves v7 and v8. And heat balance of the heat storage tanks (T1, T2) connected to the supply pump (v5) and temperature equilibrium is achieved in a short time.

In other words, by opening only the opening valves (v7, v8) to induce the circulation of the water stored in the heat storage tank (T1, T2) according to the temperature or pressure to maintain the temperature balance and the flow rate balance in the heat storage tank, or at the point of use 500 In order to respond quickly and flexibly to the demand for cooling and heating, the opening valve v7 is opened and the supply pump 5 is operated to quickly balance temperature and flow rate of water used as a heat source. As a result, it is possible to appropriately cope with the demand for cooling and heating.
