상기 실시간 PCR 결과로 구현된 형광물질 피크를 감지하여, 각 벼 품종 식별
용 마커 세트에 의한 PCR 증폭 여부를 확인하는 단계; 및
상기 PCR 증폭 여부에 따라 벼의 품종을 식별하는 단계
를 포함하는, 복수개의 벼 품종용 식별 마커 세트를 이용한 벼 품종 식별 방법:
(a) 서열번호 1로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 2로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 3으로 이루어진 프로브;
(b) 서열번호 4로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 5로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 6으로 이루어진 프로브;
(c) 서열번호 7로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 8로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 9로 이루어진 프로브;
(d) 서열번호 10으로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 11로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 12로 이루어진 프로브;
(e) 서열번호 13으로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 14로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 15로 이루어진 프로브;
(f) 서열번호 16으로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 17로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 18로 이루어진 프로브;
(g) 서열번호 19로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 20으로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 21로 이루어진 프로브;
(h) 서열번호 22로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 23으로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 24로 이루어진 프로브;

(j) 서열번호 28로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 29로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 30으로 이루어진 프로브;
(k) 서열번호 31로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 32로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 33으로 이루어진 프로브;
(l) 서열번호 34로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 35로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 36으로 이루어진 프로브;
(m) 서열번호 37로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 38로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 39로 이루어진 프로브;
(n) 서열번호 40으로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 41로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 42로 이루어진 프로브; 및
(o) 서열번호 43으로 이루어진 프라이머, 서열번호 44로 이루어진 프라이머, 및 서열번호 45로 이루어진 프로브.
