Abstract

본 발명은 자동차타이어나 각종산업용 벨트 등과 같은 고무제품의 보강재로 사용되는 스틸코드를 제조하는 스틸코드 연선기에 관한 것으로 본 발명은 회전하는 중공축의 중공부 내로 금속필라멘트들을 통과시키면서 꼬임부에서 합사시켜 꼬아 연을 형성하고, 회전하는 중공축과 인출캡스턴에 의해 꼬임주기(피치)를 형성시켜주는 것이어서 금속필라멘트 공급부와, 스틸코드를 감아주는 권취부의 보빈크기를 동시에 크게 할 수 있어 연선기의 설비능력을 증대시켜 줌과 아울러서 생산성을 크게 향상시켜 준다.

Description

스틸코드 연선기 { Steel cord twister }
본 발명은 자동차 타이어나 각종산업용 벨트 등과 같은 고무제품의 보강재로 사용되는 스틸코드를 제조하는 스틸코드 연선기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 1Ｘ n(n=2~12)구조용 스틸코드를 제조하는 연선기는 적어도 2개 이상의 금속 필라멘트 공급부와, 이 공급부로 부터 각각 공급된 다수의 금속필라멘트를 꼬아주는 꼬임부와, 꼬인 코드를 인출하는 인출부 그리고 인출된 코드를 일정한 장력으로 감아주는 권취부로 구성되는 바, 상기 구성요소 중에서 금속필라멘트 공급부와 권취부 중 어느 하나는 연선기 내에 설치하여야만 정상적인 연이 형성되는 것이므로 연선기의 설비능력을 증대시켜주기 위해서 연선기의 크기를 크게 하는게 한계성이 있었다.
즉, 종래의 스틸코드 연선기는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 축(A)둘레로 동일방향 및 동일 각속도로 회전하는 입구측 턴롤러(11), 출구측 턴롤러(12)및 면반(9,10 )을 포함하는 꼬임 장치를 가진 것으로서, 최종적으로 제조할 코드를 형성하기 위하여 2개 이상의 금속필라멘트(2)는 각각의 보빈(1)에서 풀려나와 각각의 가이드롤러 (3,4)를 지나 가이드 롤러(5)에서 합쳐지며, 합쳐진 2개의 금속필라멘트는 가이 드롤러(6)를 경유하여 입구측 턴롤러(11)로 향하게 된다.
이때 입구측 턴롤러(11)와 출구측 턴롤러(12) 사이의 영역에서 이들 금속필라멘트들은 꼬임 장치를 이루는 면반(9,10)의 회전에 의하여 최종적으로 제조된 코드에서 상호 꼬여질 피치를 형성하면서 진행하여 한쪽 방향으로 상호 꼬여진다.
이렇게 형성된 스틸코드는 출구측 턴롤러(12)를 지나면서 그 방향이 역전되어 회전축(A)과 일치하여 입구측에서 출구측으로 안내되어 오버트위스트(13), 인출캡스턴(14), 교정기(15)및 가이드롤러(16)를 지나서 권취기구(17)에 의해 최종적으로 권취 된다.
이때 각각의 금속필라멘트는 좀더 꼬여져 영구적인 비틀림변형을 받으며, 잔류하고 있는 탄성변형분 만큼 반대방향으로 회전하려는 성질을 갖게 되어 이 반대방향으로 회전성을 안정화시켜 주기 위해서 오버트위스트(13)를 사용하고, 최종 코드를 직선으로 마무리하기 위해 권취 전에 교정기(15)를 사용하여 직선성과 회전성을 조정해 왔었다.
상기한 바와 같은 종래의 스틸코드 연선기는 필라멘트 공급부가 연선기 내에 즉, 금속필라멘트가 감겨 진 보빈들이 면반들 사이에 구비된 것이어서 연선기의 크기를 크게 하는게 제한을 받게 되므로 연선기의 설비능력과 생산성을 크게 향상시켜 줄 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 각각의 보빈으로부터 풀려나오는 금속필라멘트들을 회전하는 축의 내부로 통과시켜서 꼬임부에서 꼬아 연을 형성하며 상기 회전축과 인출캡스턴에 의해 꼬임주기(피치)를 형성함으로써 필라멘트 공급부와 스틸코드를 감아주는 권취부의 보빈크기를 동시에 크게 할 수 있어 설비능력과 생산성을 크게 향상시켜 줄 수 있는 스틸코드 연선기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 오버트위스트, 인출캡스턴, 교정기 및 가이드롤러와 권취 기구를 포함하는 스틸코드 연선기로서, 적어도 2개 이상의 보빈에 각각 감겨 진 금속필라멘트들을 각각 감아 올리는 적어도 2개 이상의 캡스턴과 금속필라멘트 유입구멍이 외주면에 구비되어 있는 회전하는 중공축과; 상기 캡스턴들에 의해서 감아 올려 진 필라멘트들을 상기 회전하는 중공축의 중공부 쪽으로 각각 안내해주는 안내롤러와; 상기 회전하는 중공축과 상기 오버트위스트 사이에서 상기 안내롤러를 경유하여 상기 중공부 밖으로 나오는 금속필라멘트들을 꼬아서 연을 형성하는 꼬임부를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 1Ｘ n(n=2~12)구조용 스틸코드를 제조함에 있어서 금속필라멘트 공급부와, 스틸코드를 감아주는 권취부의 보빈크기를 동시에 크게 할 수 있어 연선기의 설비능력을 증대시켜 줌과 아울러서 생산성을 크게 향상시켜 줄 수 있다.
본 발명을 예시도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 의한 스틸코드 연선기는 도 2에 예시한 바와 같이 오버트위스트 (13), 인출캡스턴(14), 교정기(15) 및 가이드롤러(16)와 권취기구(17)를 포함하는 스틸코드 연선기로서, 적어도 2개 이상의 보빈(20)에 각각 감겨 진 금속 필라멘트 (22)들을 각각 감아 올리는 적어도 2개 이상의 캡스턴(24)과 금속필라멘트 유입구멍(25)이 외주면에 구비되어 있는 회전하는 중공축(26)과; 상기 캡스턴(24) 들에 의해서 감아 올려진 금속필라멘트(22)들을 상기 회전하는 중공축(26)의 외주면에 있는 구멍(25) 들을 통해서 중공부(28) 쪽으로 각각 안내해주는 안내롤러 (30, 32,34)와; 상기 회전하는 중공축(26)과 상기 오버트위스트(13) 사이에서 상기 안내롤러(30 ,32,34)를 경유하여 상기 중공부(28) 밖으로 나오는 금속필라멘트(22) 들을 꼬아서 연을 형성하는 꼬임부(36)를 포함하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 의한 스틸코드 연선기는 회전하는 중공축(26)의 중공부(28) 내로 금속필라멘트(22) 들을 통과시키면서 꼬임부(36)에서 합사시켜 꼬아 연을 형성하고, 상기 회전하는 중공축(26)과 인출캡스턴(14)에 의해 꼬임주기(피치)를 형성시켜주게 된다.
따라서 본 발명에 의한 스틸코드 연선기는 금속필라멘트 공급부와, 스틸코드를 감아주는 권취부의 보빈크기를 동시에 크게 할 수 있어 설비능력을 증대시켜주며, 생산성도 크게 향상시켜 주게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오버트위스트(13), 인출캡스턴(14), 교정기(15) 및 사이드롤러(16) 와 권취기구 (17)를 포함하는 스틸코드 연선기로서,
    적어도 2개 이상의 보빈(20)에 각각 감겨 진 금속필라멘트(22) 들을 각각 감아올리는 적어도 2개 이상의 캡스턴(24)과 금속필라멘트 유입구멍(25)이 외주면에 구비되어 있는 회전하는 중공축(26)과;
    상기 캡스턴(24)들에 의해서 감아올려 진 금속필라멘트(22) 들을 상기 회전하는 중공축(26)의 외주면에 있는 구멍(25) 들을 통해서 중공부(28) 쪽으로 각각 안내해주는 안내롤러(30,32,34) 와;
    상기 회전하는 중공축(26)과 상기 오버트위스트(13)사이에서 상기 안내롤러 (30,32,34)를 경유하여 상기 중공부(28) 밖으로 나오는 금속필라멘트(22)들을 꼬아서 연을 형성하는 꼬임부(36)를 포함하여서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드 연선기.
