Description

진공 청소기 { A VACUUM CLEANER }Vacuum Cleaner {A VACUUM CLEANER}

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly, to a vacuum cleaner that can be attached and detached between the dust collector and the main body more conveniently.

A vacuum cleaner is an electric device that can remove dust and other foreign substances from the floor or furniture of a building by using a mechanism that sucks external air using a vacuum pressure.

Such a vacuum cleaner is divided into a canister method in which a main body and a suction nozzle are separated and connected by a predetermined tube, and an up-right method in which the suction nozzle and the main body are provided as one type.

In general, the vacuum cleaner has a suction nozzle, a dust separator that separates air and foreign substances from the suction nozzle by a cyclone principle, and is connected to a foreign substance discharge part of the dust separator to collect dust and other foreign substances. It includes a dust collector, a vacuum motor connected to the air discharge portion of the dust separator to form a vacuum pressure, and a filter connected to the discharge portion of the vacuum pump to filter the air exiting to the outside.

In this configuration, when the user operates the vacuum cleaner, the air and the foreign matter passing through the suction nozzle rotate in the dust separator, and the mass of the large foreign matter rotates the inner circumferential surface of the dust separator by the centrifugal force and enters the dust collector.

The purified air is discharged to the outside through the motor and the filter.

Conventional vacuum cleaners have a problem in that the dust separator and the dust collector are provided in a separable state so that the space occupied in the main body is large.

In addition, since the conventional vacuum cleaner is covered by a predetermined cover device provided in the main body, when the dust collecting device is taken out, it was necessary to release the fixing device for fixing the cover device, open the cover device, and remove the dust collecting device. Because of that, there was a hassle.

In addition, the conventional vacuum cleaner also has a problem that the dust separation function in the portion is significantly reduced because the swirl flow is weakened in the place where the dust separation device that generates the cyclone flow provided inside the dust collecting container is not installed.

The present invention is to solve such a problem, the object is to provide a vacuum cleaner that is reduced in size, the internal structure is made more simple, but does not damage the original dust separation function.

It is also an object of the present invention to provide a vacuum cleaner that can enhance the dust separation function by reinforcing or assisting the strength of the swirl flow in the space for separating dust.

The present invention for achieving this object is a dust collecting device having a gripping portion; A main body having a receiving groove in which the dust collecting device is detachably received; It is provided on the main body to be adjacent to the holding portion, and provided to be in contact with the pressing member and the pressing member to move when the external force is pressed to expose the holding portion to the outside, and selectively coupled with the dust collector, the external It provides a vacuum cleaner comprising a coupling member that is released from the dust treatment unit when the pressing member is moved due to the pressure action according to the force.

Since the dust collecting device and the filter unit can be disposed up and down in one receiving groove, there is an advantage that the dust collecting device and the filter unit can be easily mounted and removed.

In addition, since the dust separator and the dust collector are provided in one dust collector, the space occupied in the body is considerably reduced than before, contributing to the compactness of the body.

In addition, by providing an auxiliary member capable of reinforcing the swirl flow and assisting its formation inside the dust collector, the strength of the swirl flow is strengthened compared to the prior art, thereby improving dust separation effect.

On the other hand, the dust collector itself is made of a material that can transmit light, and the dust collector is mounted on the main body, the user can recognize the state and dust collecting state at a glance.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a main body 1 connected to a suction nozzle (not shown), and the main body 1 includes a connector 2 connected to the suction nozzle. Rotating wheels (3) disposed on both sides thereof, a dust collector (100) capable of collecting dust while separating dust and air, and the dust collector (100) and the main body (1) can be selectively fixed. It includes a coupling device 300.

It is preferable that the outer surface of the main body 1 and the outer surface of the dust collector 100 are formed to form a continuous curved surface, so that a sense of unity is felt between each other.

As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 1 includes an accommodating groove 7 in which the dust collecting device 100 and a filter unit 250 for filtering the air discharged from the dust collecting device 100 are accommodated. Is provided.

In addition, when the dust collecting device 100 is mounted in the receiving groove 7, the coupling device 300 is elastically coupled to the dust collecting device 100 at the rear of the edge of the receiving groove 7. .

Looking at the configuration of the dust collector 100, the body portion 101 constituting the body, and includes a cover member 180 provided on the body portion 101 to open and close the body portion 101.

In addition, one side of the body portion 101 is provided with a dust separation unit 110 for separating dust and air, and the other side inside the body portion 101 is partially communicated with the dust separation unit 110 and the dust The dust collecting part 120 which collects the dust separated by the separating part 110 is provided.

The lower portion of the body portion 101 is provided with a suction port 102 through which the dust and air sucked through the suction nozzle to the dust separation unit 110.

In addition, the body portion 101 is provided on the front outer wall is a connecting member 200 for detachably coupling the cover member 180 and the body portion 101, when the user presses the connection member 200 The cover member 180 is in a state capable of opening the body portion 101, and when the pressing force is released, the cover member 180 is fixed to the body portion 180.

The left and right widths and the front and rear widths of the cover member 180 may be larger than the left and right widths and the front and rear widths of the body portion 101.

This is because the shape of the accommodating groove 7 provided in the main body 1 in which the dust collecting device 100 is accommodated is larger than the width of the lower part, which maintains the combined state of the dust collecting device 100 firmly. And to give a sense of unity in order to prevent the foreign matter is inserted between the receiving groove 7 of the main body 1 and the body portion 101 of the dust collector 100.

The filter unit 250 is provided below the dust collector 100, and the filter unit 250 is disposed under the body portion 101 again to filter the air discharged from the dust separation unit 110. And a filter case 252 in which the filter part 251 is accommodated.

The function of the filter unit 251 serves to filter the fine dust contained in the air passing through the air separated from the dust in the dust separation unit 110.

An extension rib 253 extending upward is provided on a bottom surface of the filter case 252, and the extension rib 253 is provided below the body portion 101 by passing through the filter part 251. It is coupled to the insertion groove 107.

The bottom surface of the filter case 252 is provided in a net form so that the air passed through the filter unit 251 can pass therethrough.

Since the filter part 251 is provided with a through hole 254 through which the extension rib 253 is inserted, the user mounts the filter part 251 in the filter case 252 and accommodates it. This is mounted on the lower portion of the body portion 101, so that the extension rib 253 is inserted into the insertion groove 107.

Here, the extension rib 253 protrudes upward, is disposed in the front and rear length direction of the filter case 252, the through hole 254 front and rear so as to correspond to the shape of the flat cross-section of the extension rib 253. It is arranged in the longitudinal direction.

In addition, in the case of the insertion groove 107, a portion of the lower portion of the dust collecting part 120 protrudes to the upper side is provided in a form in which a groove is formed therein.

The insertion groove 107 is also provided in the form of a flat cross section of the extension rib 253 so that the extension rib 253 can be fitted.

A coupling device 300 for selectively coupling the main body 1 and the dust collecting device 100 is provided at the rear of the upper edge of the accommodation groove 7.

The coupling device 300 is provided to be in contact with the pressing member 310 and the pressing member 310 for the user to press the action, and moves in the front and rear direction according to the vertical movement of the pressing member 310, Coupling member 350 is coupled to the dust collector 100.

The outer surface of the pressing member 310 is provided in the form of a plate having a curved surface, a portion thereof is rotatably provided according to the pressure of the external force.

On the other hand, the pressing member 310 extends downward from its lower surface, and in contact with the coupling member 350, the extension part 313 for moving the coupling member 350 to the rear when the pressing member 310 is moved downwards. ).

The reason why the upper surface of the pressing member 310 has a curved surface is to provide the unity because the cover member 180 is provided in a curved shape.

Therefore, if the cover member 180 is a flat surface without a curved surface, it is preferable that the upper surface of the pressing member 310 is also configured as a plane.

. The pressing member 310 is coupled to the main body 1 so that the rear end portion 311 is rotatable, and the front end portion 312 moves along the pressing direction. .

Therefore, when the user presses, the front end portion 312 rotates downward about the rear end portion 313, and returns to its original state when the pressing force is removed.

Therefore, when the user presses the front end portion 312 of the pressing member 310, the front end portion 312 moves downward, the extension portion 313 also moves down.

However, since the pressing member 310 rotates, the vertical movement of the pressing member 310 is not only performed vertically, but also moves backward. Accordingly, the pressing member 310 moves downward to the front end portion 312 and the extension portion 313 of the pressing member 310. Move backward as you go down.

The coupling member 350 is provided in a vertical direction and is provided to contact the extension part 313. The guide part 351 guides the vertical movement of the extension part. The coupling member 350 is connected to the guide part 351 and provided in a front-rear direction. In addition, the coupling member 352 is slidably moved forward or backward in accordance with the upward or downward rotational movement of the pressing member 310 to selectively engage or disengage with the dust collector 100.

In addition, a coil spring-shaped elastic member 353 is provided at the rear of the coupling member 350 to elastically support the coupling member 350 pushed backward by the pressing force on the pressing member 310. .

Therefore, in a state where no external force is applied to the pressing member 310, the coupling member 350 and the dust collector 100 remain in a coupled state, and when an external force is applied to the pressing member 310. The pressing member 310 is rotated downward, and the coupling member 350 is pushed backward, thereby releasing the coupling between the coupling member 350 and the dust collector 100.

In addition, when the pressing member 310 is moved downward, the grip portion 185 provided on the lower edge of the cover member 180 provided at the rear of the cover member 180 is exposed, so that the user By holding the dust collector 100 can be taken out.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cover member 180 is disposed at the top thereof, and when the dust collector 100 is mounted to the main body 1, the first cover member 181 exposed to the outside, It is coupled to the lower surface of the first cover member 181, and includes a second cover member 182 for opening and closing the dust separation unit 110 and the dust collecting unit 120.

In the state where the first and second cover members 181 and 182 are coupled to each other, the hinge portion provided at the rear of the second cover member 182 is rotated to the rotation coupling portion 103 provided at the rear of the body portion 101. Possibly combined.

Therefore, the cover member 180 may rotate to open and close the upper portion of the body portion 101.

The body portion 101 is partitioned into the dust separator 110 and the dust collector 120, a partition wall 130 is provided between the dust separator 110 and the dust collector 120 for partitioning. .

A communication hole 131 is provided on the partition wall 130 so that the dust separator 110 and the dust collector 120 communicate with each other, and are separated from the dust separator 110 through the communication hole 131. Dust is collected by the dust collector 120.

Inside the dust separator 110 is a cone-shaped air discharge member 140 is mounted.

The air discharge member 140 is preferably composed of a cyclone air discharge member that can be separated from each other, while the dust and air inside the dust separation unit 110 forms a swirl flow.

The shape of the air discharge member 140 is provided in such a shape that the diameter gradually increases from the top to the bottom.

On the outer circumferential surface of the air discharge member 140 is provided an air access hole 141 through which air enters and exits.

The inside of the air discharge member 141 is formed with a hollow portion 142, the lower portion of the air discharge member 140 is in communication with the discharge port 106 formed on the lower surface of the dust separation unit (110).

On the lower edge of the air discharge member 140 is provided with a fixed holder 144 which is inserted into the bottom of the dust separation unit 140 is coupled to the air discharge member 140 is provided with the air discharge member 140 It is fixed to the dust separator 110.

In the portion of the lower surface of the second cover member 182 facing the dust separator 110, an auxiliary member 190 is formed to form swirl flow with the air discharge member 140 and assist the strength of swirl flow. Prepared.

The auxiliary member 190 is provided to protrude downward from the lower surface of the second cover member 182, and is formed to face the upper end of the air discharge member 140.

The upper end of the air discharge member 140 is not formed pointed, it is preferably configured in the shape of a disc having a predetermined diameter.

The auxiliary member 190 is provided in a cylindrical shape, facing the upper end of the air discharge member 140 is provided in a disk shape, it is preferably spaced apart from each other.

On the other hand, it is also conceivable that the protruding member of the shape corresponding to the auxiliary member 190 protrudes upward toward the upper end of the air discharge member 140.

In this case, the protruding member and the auxiliary member 190 are provided to face each other, and are disposed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to reinforce the strength of the swirl flow in the dust separation unit 120.

The suction port 102 provided in front of the body portion 101 is formed in the front lower portion of the body portion 101, it is formed to be in communication with the dust separation unit 120.

Since the inner space of the dust separator 120 is in the form of a hollow cylindrical cylinder, the dust and air introduced through the suction port 102 rotate along the inner wall of the dust separator 110.

In addition, the air discharge unit 140, and the auxiliary member 150 or the protrusion member rotates around the dust, the centrifugal force is large due to the rotational movement passes through the communication hole 131 Moving to the dust collector 120 is collected.

In addition, the air separated from the dust passes through the air discharge member 140 and moves to the discharge port 106 and the filter unit 250 to escape from the dust collector 100.

The reason why the communication hole 131 is provided in the upper portion of the partition wall 130 is that the suction port 102 is formed in the lower portion, and the dust raised from the lower side of the dust separation unit 110 is upper. Since it rotates while being driven to the side, the dust is collected by the dust collecting part 120 using the centrifugal force of the dust.

That is, the dust that is turning in a circle along the inner wall of the dust separator 110 is moved in the tangential direction of the rotation trajectory is collected through the communication hole 131 to the dust collector 120.

A connection member 200 for detachably coupling the cover member 180 and the body portion 101 to the front of the body portion 120 is disposed, the connection member on the front of the body portion 101 An installation groove 105 for installing the 200 is provided.

A pressing part 201 is provided below the connecting member 200, and a locking part 202 is formed on the upper part of the connecting member 200 to hold the cover member 180. The elastic member 203 is disposed on the back side.

Therefore, if the user does not press the pressing portion 201, the locking portion 202 is caught by the cover member 180, the fixed state between the cover member 180 and the body portion 101 is maintained .

When the user presses the pressing part 201, the locking state between the locking part 202 and the cover member 180 is released to open the cover member 180 to open the body part 101.

The filter unit 250 is disposed below the body portion 101. In addition, a guide space 603 is provided between the fixing cover 600 and the bottom surface of the accommodation space 400 to guide the movement of the coupling part 352 in the front-rear direction. The 603 is provided to communicate with the through hole 602 and the guide groove 601.

In FIG. 5, the ends of the coupling part 352 are provided in the form of two bars spaced apart from each other, but the shape or quantity thereof is not limited thereto.

6 illustrates that the user rotates by pressing the front end portion 312 of the pressing member 310.

When the front end of the pressing member 310 is pressed, the front end 312 of the pressing member 310 pivots downward into the accommodation space 400.

At this time, the front end portion 312 and the extension portion 313 of the pressing member 400 moves downward while moving downward.

In particular, the extension portion 313 moves downward while contacting the front surface of the guide portion 351 of the coupling member 350, and pushes the guide portion 351 to the rear.

The guide part 351 and the coupling part 352 connected to the guide part 351 are moved backward by the pressure on the extension part 351, and the elastic member 353 is compressed.

Thus, the guide part 351 is spaced apart from the front end of the guide groove 601 and is moved backward by receiving the guide of the guide groove 601.

When the coupling part 352 moves backward, the front end of the coupling part 352 is separated from the coupling groove 108, and moves closer to the through hole 602.

As such, when the pressing member 310 moves downward, the accommodation space 400 which is covered by the pressing member 310 and is not exposed to the outside is exposed to the outside.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the pressing action on the pressing member 310 further proceeds, the front end portion 312 and the extension portion 313 of the pressing member 310 are illustrated in FIG. Goes down 6 states.

In addition, the coupling member 350 pushed by the extension part 313 is further pushed backwards, and thus, the end of the coupling part 352 is separated from the coupling groove part 108. The elastic member 353 is further compressed.

As such, when the coupling part 352 and the coupling groove part 108 are completely separated, the dust collecting apparatus 100 may be detachable from the accommodation groove 7.

When the user presses the upper surface of the front end of the pressing member 310, the receiving space 400 is exposed, thereby holding the grip portion 185 is provided on the rear lower surface of the cover member 180 of the dust collector 100 ) Is exposed to the outside.

The dust collecting device 100 may be separated from the main body 1 by grasping and holding the holding part 185 upward while pressing the pressing member 310.

When the pressing force for pressing the pressing member 310 is removed, the coupling member 350 moves forward by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 353, and thus the front end portion of the pressing member 310 is also moved. Rotate upward while moving forward.

As shown in FIG. 9, the process of mounting the dust collector 100 separated from the main body 1 is as follows.

When the dust collecting device 100 is separated from the main body 1 and a pressing force is not applied to the pressing member 310, the coupling member 350 is moved forward as much as possible by the support of the elastic member 353. It is moved, whereby the front end of the coupling portion 352 of the coupling member 350 is exposed in front of the through hole 602.

When the dust collector 100 is moved downward while the lower surface of the dust collector 100 is in contact with the coupling portion 352, the lower surface of the dust collector 100 is rearward of the front end of the coupling portion 352. Push to perform the action.

Since the inclined portion 352a is provided at the upper end of the front end portion of the coupling portion 352, the downward movement of the dust collecting apparatus 100 is caused by the contact between the inclined portion 352a and the lower portion of the dust collecting apparatus 100. It is converted to the rear movement of the coupling portion 352.

At this time, the pressing member 310 maintains its original state without moving.

In the state where the dust collector 100 is accommodated in the receiving groove 7 and continues to move downward, the front end portion of the coupling part 352 is maintained in contact with the rear of the dust collector 100.

Then, when the dust collecting apparatus 100 is completely accommodated in the receiving groove 7, the coupling groove 108 is positioned in front of the front end of the coupling portion 352, as shown in Figure 4, the elastic member The front end portion of the coupling portion 352 is inserted into the coupling groove 108 by the elastic restoring force of (353).

Since the lower surface of the front end portion of the coupling portion 352 is caught in an interview with the bottom surface of the coupling groove 108, the dust collector 100 may be pulled out due to such a phenomenon even when the dust collector 100 is pulled up. Departure from the main body 1 is prevented.
