Claims (6)
- 버켓제어밸브(A)와 버켓실린더(11)측을 연결하는 유로(1), 유로(3), 붐제어밸브(B)와 붐실린더(12)측을 연결하는 유로(2), 유로(4)를 통해 버켓(14)과 붐(13)을 구동시키는 프론트로더에 있어서,
유로(1)과 연결되는 제1연장유로(9)를 통해 버켓실린더(11)의 외측유압실(11-1)에 연결되고, 유로(3)과 연결되는 제2연장유로(10)을 통해 버켓실린더(11)의 내측유압실(11-2)에 연결되는 한편, 상기 유로(2)와 연결되는 제3연장유로(5)를 통해 붐실린더(12)의 내측유압실(12-2)에 연결되고 상기 유로(4)를 통해 붐실린더(12)의 외측유압실(12-1)에 연결되며,
상기 유로(1)과 상기 유로(2)가 작동유 흐름방향을 서로 달리하는 한 쌍의 제1, 2체크밸브(6, 7)를 개재하여 연결되는 한편,
상기 버켓실린더(11)에 연결되는 상기 제2연장유로(10)은 릴리프밸브(8)를 통하여 상기 제1 체크밸브(6)과 제2체크밸브(7) 사이에 연결되며,
상기 릴리프밸브(8)는 설정 압력에 따라 제2연장유로(10)의 작동유를 통과시킴으로써 버켓실린더(11)의 스트로크 길이를 조절하여 버켓(14)의 회동범위를 확대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프론트로더 유압장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1체크밸브(6)는 유로(2)를 흐르는 작동유가 붐실린더(12)의 내측유압실(12-2)과 연결되도록 하고, 상기 제2체크밸브(7)는 유로(1)를 흐르는 작동유가 버켓실린더(11)의 외측유압실(11-1)과 연결되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프론트로더 유압장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1체크밸브(6)는 붐(13) 상승시 제2연장유로(10)에 압력이 상승된 작동유의 일부가 상기 릴리프밸브(8)와 제3연장유로(5)를 통하여 붐실린더(12)의 내측유압실(12-2)에 공급됨으로써 붐(13)의 상승속도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프론트로더 유압장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2체크밸브(7)는 붐(13) 상승시 제2연장유로(10)에 압력이 상승된 작동유의 일부가 상기 릴리프밸브(8)와 제1연장유로(9)를 통하여 버켓실린더(11)의 외측유압실(11-1)에 공급됨으로써 버켓실린더(11)의 공동현상을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프론트로더 유압장치.
