Description

Retractor for Surgery}Retractor for Surgery

The present invention relates to a surgical traction mechanism to effectively reduce the distance difference with the surgical lesion for ensuring the field of vision by efficiently modifying the traction mechanism inserted to ensure the field of view of the surgical lesion during surgery.

In general, the nerves present in the spine are divided into two categories, the spinal cord extending from the brain and passing between the spinal canal, and the nerve root branching from the spinal cord and exiting the intervertebral cavity.

The spinal cord is a bundle of nerves that dominate the movements, sensations, and autonomic nerves of the arms and legs, and ends in a cone shape between the first and second lumbar vertebrae. The nerve roots come out through the intervertebral cavities of the left and right pairs for each segment of the spine to control the movement, sensation, and endocrine of the area.

When these spinal cords or nerve roots are pressed by ideally grown vertebrae or escaped discs, they can cause pain depending on their extent and even paralysis.

The spine may be caused by a variety of causes, including fractures of the vertebral bodies and intervertebral discs due to accidents, and thickening of the posterior joints due to aging. In the case of abnormalities in the spine, medication, exercise therapy, Injection therapy, physiotherapy and the like can be mobilized, but if the symptoms are severe, the intervertebral inserts to maintain the spacing of the vertebral body is inserted or surgery to fix the position of the vertebral body with abnormalities.

In the case of surgery to fix the position of the vertebral body, the skin of the region to be operated is incised from the front or side part of the patient to remove the subcutaneous fat and each muscle and organ, and the vertebral body is exposed to secure the surgical field of vision. After the surgical traction device is inserted, surgery is performed to cut and fix the skin of the back.

The surgical traction device is provided with an extension having a joint function for receiving nitrogen from a control box generating nitrogen and supporting the traction mechanism at the end to the surgical site. The extension with the joint function is filled with nitrogen. A plurality of cylindrical nitrogen supply tanks are provided, which are connected by joints between the respective small nitrogen supply tanks, and a traction mechanism for traction of the surgical site is fixed to the end of the extension part. According to the switch operation of the user, nitrogen is supplied to each of the small nitrogen supply tanks so as to fix the joints connecting the nitrogen supply tanks so that the end traction mechanism can be fixedly seated at the insertion position.

However, since such a conventional traction device has a one-letter shape formed by bending only a portion of the end portion of the traction mechanism attached to the end of the extension portion having the joint function, the length of the traction mechanism of the linear shape There is a disadvantage in that there is a loss in the field of view at the time of surgery because the difference in distance.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its object is to form a bent shape of a traction mechanism that pulls the surgical site during the operation of the human body to reduce the distance difference from the surgical lesion for securing the surgical field of view. It is to provide a surgical traction mechanism that allows.

According to the present invention for achieving the above object, a traction coupled to the extension portion having a plurality of joints supplied with nitrogen from the control box and a plurality of small nitrogen supply tanks connected through each joint and inserted into the surgical lesion In the mechanism, the first dog is formed to extend to a predetermined length fixedly coupled to the handle portion of the extension bar, the second dog is bent at a predetermined angle from the upper predetermined portion in contact with the bar and the second dog is coupled to the first dog bar It provides a traction bar and a surgical traction mechanism comprising a coupling portion for coupling the second tow bar to the first tow bar.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the operation such as intervertebral fusion of the spine is performed, the traction mechanism for pulling the surgical site to secure the surgical field of view is to be bent in the middle portion, the bending portion By allowing the flow to the left / right direction to accurately insert the traction mechanism to the surgical area to be pulled, the bent portion can be inserted into the surgical site to reduce the distance difference from the surgical site by that much It is possible to secure a better surgical field of view and to be able to adjust the bent portion of the traction mechanism in the left / right direction has the effect that the traction mechanism can be inserted more efficiently in accordance with different traction environment for each surgical site.

One end of the first towing bar 10 is supplied with nitrogen from a control box generating nitrogen and inserted into and secured to a handle portion of an extension part having a joint function to support the traction mechanism of the terminal to be fixed to the surgical site. The government part 20 is formed, and the other end is formed with a first engagement hole 62 for engaging with the second tow bar 30 through the engagement portion.

The second towing bar 30 is formed with a second coupling hole 72 so that one end thereof is engaged with the first coupling hole 62 formed in the first towing bar 10 through the coupling portion. On the other end, the bent portion extending from the top extends to a certain length and serves to pull the surgical site.

Here, the bending angle of the upper portion of the second dog bar 30 is preferably 90 ° as the rating, but is formed by adjusting the bending angle from 40 ° to 120 ° according to the characteristics of different surgical sites and surgical lesions. can do.

The coupling part is a bolt (40) and a nut (70) screwed through the first coupling hole 62 of the first towing bar 10 and the second coupling hole 72 of the second towing bar (30). Includes, both sides of the head portion of the bolt 40 is coupled to the locking member 50 that can be rotated by 180 ° with respect to the head portion as an axis.

The locking member 50 is formed with four locking protrusions 60 protruding from both sides of the shaft coupling portions on both sides of the head of the bolt 40, and the bolt 40 and the nut 70. When the first tow bar 10 and the second tow bar 30 are engaged with each other, when the locking member 50 is pushed down by an external force, the corresponding locking projection 60 is the first tow bar. As the force is applied while contacting (10) to act as a lever, the coupling force between the second tow bar 30 and the first tow bar 10 is generated to maintain the mutual fixation state.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the first towing bar 10 and the second towing bar 30 are fastened through the bolt 40 and the nut 70, and the locking member 50 is fastened. In the standing state, since the strong tension is not applied for the fixed engagement between the first towing bar 10 and the second towing bar 30, the second towing bar 30 is configured to shaft the fastening portion.
