Claims (4)
- 유리를 강화하는 열처리로에 열처리용 분말을 장입하는 장치에 있어서,
열처리용 분말(2)이 저장되는 호퍼(10)와;
상기 호퍼(10)의 배출구(11)에 연통 설치되며, 내부에 분말이송용 축스크류(21)가 구비되어 상향 대각지게 설치되고, 상단부측(20a)에 배출공(27)이 형성되는 이송관(20)과;
상기 이송관(20)의 하단부측(20b)에 구비되며, 상기 축스크류(21)의 하단부에 연결 설치되는 종동풀리(22)와, 종동풀리(22)와 벨트(34)로 연결되는 구동풀리(32)와, 구동풀리(32)를 회전구동시키는 구동모터(31)로 구성되어 축스크류(21)를 회전구동시키는 구동수단(30)과;
상기 이송관(20)의 배출공(27)에 연결되어 이송되는 열처리용 분말(2)을 열처리로(60)에 공급하는 배출수단(40)과;
상기 호퍼(10), 이송관(20) 및 구동수단(30)이 고정 설치되어지되, 바닥부에 받침판(53)이 설치되고, 상기 받침판(53)이 프레임(50) 상에서 전,후방으로 이동되도록 거리조절수단(73)이 구비되며, 하부에 이동바퀴(51)가 구비되는 프레임(50)을 포함하여 이루어지는 유리강화 열처리로의 열처리용 분말 장입장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배출수단(40)은 배출공(27)에 연결 설치되는 배출관(41)과, 배출관(41)에 연결되는 플랙시블관(43)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 유리강화 열처리로의 열처리용 분말 장입장치. - 삭제
