도2는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법을 도시한 다른 예이다.
도3은 조성이 서로 다른 세 종류의 페라이트와 자철석 나노입자의 TEM 사진이다.
도4는 조성이 서로 다른 세 종류의 페라이트와 자철석 나노입자의 결정구조에 관한 XRD 패턴을 나타낸 것이다.
도5는 조성이 서로 다른 세 종류의 페라이트와 자철석 나노입자로 이루어진 열매체의 부피분율에 따른 열전도도를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (14)
- a)3가 철 화합물;과 Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Mn, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Zr, Cd에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 금속을 포함하는 2가 금속 화합물;을 포함한 나노입자 전구체 수분산액을 알칼리 용액과 반응시켜 자성을 가지는 금속 나노입자를 제조하는 단계;
b)상기 금속 나노입자를 분리하는 단계;
c)상기 분리된 금속 나노입자를 계면활성제로 코팅하는 단계;
d)상기 코팅된 금속 나노입자를 열매체에 분산하는 단계;
를 포함하여 제조되는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 2가 금속화합물의 금속은 Mn, Zn, Co, Ni로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 2가 금속 화합물 및 3가 철 화합물은 몰 비가 1:1~3이 되도록 혼합하는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 반응은 나노입자 전구체 수용액을 알칼리 수용액에 첨가하여 40~80℃에서 교반하여 이루어지는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계에서 계면활성제는 쇼듐테트라피로포스페이트, 쇼듐실리케이트, 쇼듐폴리아릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 알킬아민, 알칸올아미드, (C12~C18)의 포화지방산, (C12~C18)의 불포화지방산, 술폰산염, 지방산염, 프로판올로부터 선택된 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계에서 계면활성제는 지방산염, 쇼듐테트라피로포스페이트, 쇼듐실리케이트, 쇼듐폴리아릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 알킬아민, 알칸올아미드인 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계에서 계면활성제는 (C12~C18)의 포화지방산, (C12~C18)의 불포화지방산, 술폰산염, 프로판올인 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서 열매체는 물, 알코올류, 글리콜류, 오일류로부터 하나 이상 선택된 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서 열매체는 물인 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서 열매체는 오일류인 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계에서 상기 코팅은 금속 나노입자를 물에 분산시키고, 금속 나노입자와 계면활성제 부피비가 1:1~3이 되도록 계면활성제를 첨가한 후 교반하는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계 전, d1)단계로 상기 코팅된 금속 나노입자 및 계면활성제의 pH가 5~6이 되도록 산 용액을 첨가하여 코팅된 금속 나노 입자를 침전시키는 단계; d2)단계로 침전된 금속 나노 입자를 세척하는 단계; 를 더 포함하는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 분리는 자석을 이용하는 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제13항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 자성 금속 나노입자를 함유하는 열매체.
