Claims (6)
- 혐기/무산소 반응조, 호기반응조 및 침전조를 포함하여 구성되는 하?폐수처리장치에 있어서,상기 혐기/무산소 반응조는,혐기/무산소 반응조 전방에 설치된 유입수도입부;유입수를 배출하는 배출공이 다수 형성되어 있고, 상기 유입수도입부와 연통되어 있으며, 상기 혐기/무산소 반응조 내측하부에 설치되는 유입부;구동수단, 상기 구동수단에 의해 회전되도록 상기 혐기/무산소 반응조의 내부에 설치된 주축 및 상기 주축에 직각으로 이격?설치되는 복수개의 교반날개로 이루어진 혼합부; 및상기 혐기/무산소 반응조에 의해 일차 처리된 처리수를 수집하기 위해 혐기/무산소 반응조 상부에 설치된 유출부(위어);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장방형 상향류 혐기/무산소 반응조를 포함하는 하?폐수처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수개의 상기 혐기/무산소 반응조가 연속되거나, 호기반응조를 사이에 두고 연속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장방형 상향류 혐기/무산소 반응조를 포함하는 하? 폐수처리장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유입수도입부는 도입관이거나, 도입공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 장방형 상향류 혐기/무산소 반응조를 포함하는 하?폐수처리장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 침전조에 침전된 슬러지를 상기 혐기/무산소 반응조로 반송하기 위해, 일측이 상기 침전조의 하부와 연통되고 타측이 상기 도입부 또는 혐기/무산소 반응조에 연통된 반송관을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장방형 상향류 혐기/무산소 반응조를 포함하는 하?폐수처리장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 의한 하?폐수처리장치를 이용한 하?폐수처리방법으로서,(ⅰ) 상기 유입수도입부를 통해 상기 유입부로 유입수를 혐기/무산소 반응조 내로 유입시키는 단계(유입단계);(ⅱ) 상기 혼합부를 3~20 rpm로 교반시켜 상향으로 흐르는 물의 편류를 방지하면서 생물학적 1차 혐기처리하여 1차처리수를 생성하는 단계(혐기처리단계);(ⅲ) 일부 슬러지가 포함된 상향류의 상기 1차처리수를 유출부를 통해 혐기/무산소 반응조로부터 호기반응조로 유출시키는 단계(유출단계);(ⅳ) 상기 호기반응조내의 일부 슬러지가 포함된 상기 1차처리수에 산기관을 통해 충분한 산소를 공급하며 2차 호기처리하여 2차처리수를 생성하는 단계(호기처리단계);(ⅴ) 상기 2차처리수를 침전조로 이송하여 상등수와 중력에 의해 침전된 슬러지로 분리하여 각각 배출하는 단계(분리배출단계);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하?폐수처리방법.
- 제 4 항에 의한 하?폐수처리장치를 이용한 하?폐수처리방법으로서,(ⅰ) 상기 유입수도입부를 통해 상기 유입부로 유입수를 혐기/무산소 반응조 내로 유입시키는 한편, 상기 반송관을 통해 침전조로부터 슬러지 일부를 혐기/무산소 반응조 내로 반송시키는 단계(유입단계);(ⅱ) 상기 혼합부를 3~20 rpm로 교반시켜 상향으로 흐르는 물의 편류를 방지하면서 생물학적 1차 혐기처리하여 1차처리수를 생성하는 단계(혐기처리단계);(ⅲ) 일부 슬러지가 포함된 상향류의 상기 1차처리수를 유출부를 통해 혐기/무산소 반응조로부터 호기반응조로 유출시키는 단계(유출단계);(ⅳ) 상기 호기반응조내의 일부 슬러지가 포함된 상기 1차처리수에 산기관을 통해 충분한 산소를 공급하며 2차 호기처리하여 2차처리수를 생성하는 단계(호기처리단계);(ⅴ) 상기 2차처리수를 침전조로 이송하여 상등수와 중력에 의해 침전된 슬러지로 분리하여 각각 배출하는 한편, 슬러지 일부를 상기 반송관을 통해 혐기/무산소 반응조로 반송시키는 단계(분리배출단계);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하?폐수처리방법.
