Description

Display device for construction machinery {DISPLAY DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE}
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a display device for a construction machine, which is installed in a cab of a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator and allows an operator to recognize various information.
One example of construction machinery is a hydraulic excavator. As is already known, the hydraulic excavator drives a hydraulic pump by an engine, and supplies the hydraulic oil output from the hydraulic pump to a hydraulic actuator including a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor attached to each operation part. And each of these operation parts is carried out by an operator in a cab normally, and is operated by operation means, such as an operation lever, and the operation | work of earth excavation, etc. is performed.
The cab is equipped with various instruments to inform the operator of the machine's operation. For example, there are instruments such as an engine rev counter, a fuel gauge, a cooling water thermometer, a hydraulic oil thermometer, a hour meter, and the like. Here, the various instruments are not displayed individually, but the collective display is easy to see in the operator, and there is an advantage that the operator's attention is not distracted. Therefore, in recent years, with the increase of the high precision, low cost, etc. of a liquid crystal display, it has become practical to use the structure which displays the necessary information about the operation | movement of a machine as a color image collectively on the screen of a monitor in a liquid crystal display. By using this display apparatus, various information can be displayed to an operator with a compact structure so that an operator can see it easily, and an operator can grasp | ascertain the operation state of a machine reliably.
Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-81393
By the way, since the display content of a monitor can be switched, it can be comprised so that a variety of information may be switched and displayed other than the operation condition of the machine mentioned above. In particular, construction machinery tends to be versatile and versatile, and when various information related to these functions is displayed on a monitor, its operability is improved. In addition, it is required to be able to display various information on the monitor from various viewpoints such as efficiency of work and securing of safety. The cab in the construction machine is a relatively narrow space, and the external view from the cab needs to be as wide as possible. Therefore, it is most reasonable to provide one monitor preferably in the cab and to provide display switching means such as a switch on the single monitor so that the above-described various information can be selectively displayed.
As described above, even if it is possible to display various kinds of information on the monitor, the information to be displayed while the predetermined operation is being performed by operating the construction machine is limited, and the information other than that is not idling. Some may be displayed at hours. If the display switching means is inadvertently manipulated during the execution of a job, information that is irrelevant to the job is displayed, not only does not provide necessary information for the operator, but may also confuse the operator.
Therefore, a problem to be solved by the present invention is that a construction machine is prevented from displaying information that is not needed in accordance with the operating state of the construction machine in a monitor capable of displaying a plurality of types of information. When the work is being executed, unnecessary information is displayed by mistake and the operator can be surely prevented from causing confusion.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a display device for a construction machine to switch the display and the other information to a predetermined basic information on the monitor installed in the cab of the construction machine, the display information displayed on the screen of the monitor Display switching means for performing a switching operation, output control means for selecting any one of the display information recorded in the information recording means on the basis of a switching signal by the display switching means, and outputting to the monitor; Operation detection means for detecting whether the machine is in the working state, and when the construction machine is in the working state in the operation detecting means, even if a switching operation is performed to display specific information on the monitor by the display switching means. Characterized by comprising a display prohibiting means for prohibiting the display of information The.
Here, the information displayed on the monitor includes at least basic information and information which is prohibited from being displayed when it is in the working state by the display prohibition means, but also includes basic information that is preferentially displayed but that can be switched even in the working state. can do. Therefore, when the construction machine is started, the basic information is first displayed on the monitor first. And when the information which can be selected at the time of operation | work is selected by the display switching means, display switching is performed regardless of a working state or an idling state. On the other hand, the information which cannot be selected at the time of work is displayed on the basis of the selection by the display switching means only when the construction machine is in the idling state by a signal from the operating state detecting means, and when it is in the working state, for example, the display switching means Even if it is selected by the control, control of display switching is not performed.
Here, the basic information is a machine operating situation that indicates the operating status of the machine including at least one or both of the engine cooling water temperature and the fuel remaining amount, and also including the hydraulic oil temperature, regardless of whether the construction machine is in working state or idling state. You can do it with information. If there is room in the display area of the monitor, it is related to the operation of the machine, and information other than these, such as remaining battery capacity, may be displayed. In addition, when the rear view camera is attached to the construction machine, and the image of the camera can be displayed on the monitor, the image can also be configured to be displayed on the monitor. In this step, it is important to take a safety check of the surroundings at the stage before the execution of the work is performed. When it is detected by the operation detecting means that the rear view image obtained from this camera is displayed as basic information, the operation detecting means Can detect the machine operation status information as basic information automatically when it detects that the work state has been changed.
The display switching means may be a control panel or the like connected to the monitor by wiring, but is preferably constituted by a plurality of switches provided at the periphery of the screen of the monitor, particularly at the lower position thereof. Among the various information displayed on the monitor, information for making any setting or change for the construction machine or for the display of the monitor may be included. In this case, any one to multiple switches among the plurality of switches are used as display switching means. Moreover, when the information regarding the matter which should be set is displayed on a monitor, it can also function as a setting switch for making the setting and a change other than the switch which functions as a display switching means, or including this switch.
Here, generally, the setting is performed when the construction machine is in the idling state, and the display information of the matter to be set is information that cannot be selected during normal operation. However, the information displayed on the monitor may include setting a limit value of the operating mechanism while operating the operating mechanism of the construction machine, for example, the cap interference prevention information. Is information that can be selected during the work that can be displayed.
The operation detecting means may determine whether the construction machine is in working state or idling state by detecting the engine speed of the construction machine or the pressure of the hydraulic actuator or by detecting the position of the gate lock lever installed in the driver's seat. have. In addition, the working state is when the hydraulic actuator is in operation in the case of a hydraulically driven construction machine, and when the means is operated by the electric motor, the rotation of the electric motor is stopped. On the other hand, the idling state means that when the engine is mounted on the construction machine, the engine is operating but the mechanisms are not running. In the case of the totally electric construction machine, the power is supplied. Is not running.
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, when a construction machine is carrying out work | work among the various information which can be displayed on a monitor, it exhibits the effect which can reliably prevent the operator from causing confusion by displaying unnecessary information by mistake. .

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiment of this invention is described based on drawing. In this embodiment, although the display apparatus of the hydraulic excavator is demonstrated as a construction machine, it is not limited to this hydraulic shovel as a construction machine with which a display apparatus is mounted.
So, first, the whole structure of the hydraulic excavator as an example of a construction machine is shown in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a crawler-type lower traveling body, 2 an upper swing structure, 3 a front work machine including excavation work means provided on the upper swing structure 2 and the like. In addition, an upper cab 2 is provided with a cab (cab) 4 for the operator to ride and operate the machine, and the cab 4 is driven and lowered by the lower cab 1. Operation lever for operating the boom 3a, arm 3b, bucket 3c, etc., which constitute the front work machine 3 for turning the revolving body 2 and performing excavation of earth and sand. Operation means including a is provided.
Although the hydraulic excavator is constituted as outlined above, the driving is usually a hydraulic drive type that drives a hydraulic pump by an engine to drive a hydraulic actuator such as a hydraulic motor or a hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, various sensors for detecting the operating state of the engine relation and various parts of the hydraulic drive system are provided, and sensors are also attached to the operating parts of the front work machine 3 and the like to monitor each part of the hydraulic excavator. . Among the detection information by each of these sensors, it is necessary for the operator to be recognized and required to be recognized, and there is no need to notify the operator. In addition, the information which needs to be made to be recognized by an operator is the information regarding the operation | movement state of a machine, and any kind of information of this machine operation state information is the information which an operator should always recognize as a general rule while a hydraulic excavator is operating.
In addition, the hydraulic excavator is provided with a monitoring camera to assist the external view by the operator. Reference numeral 10 is installed on the counter weight 5 installed at the rear position of the upper swinging body 2 to secure the rear view, and is assisted by the operator who operates the machine in the cab 4 to confirm safety. It is a camera to secure the field of view. The operator sits in the driver's seat 11 installed in the cab 4 to operate the machine. A front view is obtained from the cab 4, but the machine room building 6 is installed at the rear position of the cab 4. Since the counterweight 5 is disposed at a rearward position thereof, the rear view cannot be sufficiently obtained. The camera 10 is for obtaining this rearward view, whereby the safety and efficiency of the work are achieved. In addition, the camera 10 is not only disposed at the rear position, but also provided on the arm 3b for confirming the excavation state, and a camera or the like for acquiring an auxiliary view in the side can be provided.
In addition, a communication means is mounted in the hydraulic excavator, and the communication means enables communication by wireless with related facilities such as a management center in a remote place. Thereby, the various construction machines including a hydraulic excavator can be centrally managed, for example, it is possible to grasp the work situation on the work site, manage the distribution of consumables and the like, and manage the construction machine schedule. For this reason, at least the hydraulic excavator is provided with the communication apparatus 12 (refer FIG. 7), and its antenna 12a. The communication may be reception-only on the hydraulic excavator side or may be configured to allow bidirectional communication.
In the cab 4, as shown in Fig. 2, a monitor 13 composed of a liquid crystal display or the like is provided, and various kinds of information are displayed on the monitor 13, whereby the operator who operates the machine is described above. Various information is recognized. When the hydraulic excavator is started by the input by the starter key, the monitor 13 is started to display an image, and it can be seen even while the operator is performing operations by operating each mechanism part constituting the hydraulic excavator. . In operation, however, it is necessary to prevent the front view as much as possible. For this reason, the monitor 13 has a relatively small screen, is arranged in the cab 4 in front of the inclination of the driver's seat 11, and is installed in the pillar 7, for example.
The monitor 13 is controlled by the control device 20 shown in Fig. 3, so that various kinds of information can be displayed selectively and switchable. That is, the input control part 21 is provided in the control apparatus 20, In this input control part 21, the detection signal from the sensor installed in each part, etc. are introduce | transduced via the vehicle body network 22, and the camera (10) The video signal from (and the camera 11) is introduced from the video input terminal 23, and the received signal input to the communication device 12 is also introduced from the communication terminal 24. In addition, an information input terminal 25 for inputting information from an information processing apparatus such as a personal computer is also provided in the control apparatus 20.
The signal transmitted from the camera 10 is introduced into the video signal processing unit 26 from the input control unit 21, and the video signal processing unit 26 generates a video signal displayed on the monitor 13. The video signal is stored in the image memory 27. The message information from the management center or the like received by the communication device 12 is also stored in the main memory 28. In addition, detection signals from various sensors are input to the control device 20 at any time, and these input signals are introduced into the data processing unit 29 to detect the current state of each unit and display machine operation information. Necessary data is created and recorded in the main memory 28. The display image generating circuit 30 is adapted to form an image displayed on the monitor 13 such as machine operation status information taken out from the main memory 28.
In addition, a data comparator 31 is connected to the data processor 29. The data comparator 31 is required to determine an abnormal state among various data input to the data processor 29 among various sensors. Numerical data are selected and introduced. In the data comparison section 31, numerical data serving as a reference for abnormality detection is held, and the numerical value of the phenomenon introduced into the data comparison section 31 from the data processing section 29 is compared with a reference value set. It is determined whether or not an abnormal situation has occurred. Therefore, the data comparison part 31 comprises the abnormality detection means. When it is determined by the data comparison section 31 that an abnormal situation has occurred, an appropriate message is generated by the message generating section 32 which generates a message corresponding thereto.
In addition, by connecting the personal computer to the information input terminal 25, the transmission of various data is input to the control device 20. Examples of data transmitted to the control device 20 include maintenance information, reference data for failure diagnosis, types of attachments that can be attached to the front work machine 3, moment limiters at the time of crane work, data for preventing cap interference, and the like. This includes. These various data are recorded in the ROM 33 of the control apparatus 20.
Moreover, the control apparatus 20 is equipped with the output control part 34, and produced | generated by the video signal from the image memory 27, the output signal from the display image generation circuit 30, and the message generator 32 Any one of the above informations is selectively displayed on the monitor 13 via the output control unit 34. In this way, an image selector 35 is connected to the output control unit 34 to select an image displayed on the monitor 13, and the image selected by the image selector 35 is output from the output control unit 34. The output is displayed on the monitor 13. Incidentally, the operation of each unit constituting the control unit 20 is controlled by the CPU 36, and although not shown, the CPU 36 is connected to the ROM 33 and constitutes the control device 20. Each circuit portion is connected by a bus.
The image selection unit 35 is for selecting which information of the various information output from the control device 20 is to be displayed on the monitor 13, and in this image selection unit 35 as display switching means, FIG. As shown in Fig. 2, the selection switch 37 is connected. A plurality of selection switches 37 are provided at a lower position of the screen 13a constituting the monitor 13, and when any one of these selection switches 37 is pushed, it is displayed on the monitor 13. Information can be switched. Then, the data processing unit 29 is connected to the image selection unit 35, and the hydraulic excavator is in the working state or the idling state is determined based on the signal from the data processing unit 29, and the working state is established. When present, any kind of information is forbidden to be displayed. Therefore, this image selection unit 35 constitutes display prohibition means. In addition, in FIG. 4, as an example of the display content of the monitor 13, the state which displayed the engine cooling water meter, the fuel meter, and the operating oil temperature meter is shown, and the time and the hour meter are displayed.
5 shows information that can be displayed on the monitor 13. In Fig. 5, display information is shown on the screen. In addition, the information shown in FIG. 5 is an example to the last, and the kind of information which can be output from the control apparatus 20 can also be increased. In Fig. 5, the displayed information includes a basic image shown at the top, information selectable at the time of the work shown on the left, and information not selectable at the time of the work shown on the right.
The basic screen denoted by reference numeral 40 is a screen displaying basic information, in which case the operation status information of the machine is regarded as basic information. The basic information 40 includes at least one of a minimum engine cooling water temperature or a fuel remaining amount, and also includes information on the operating oil temperature. And although these information can be displayed numerically, it is rather easy for the operator to recognize it analogously by the indicator. Since the screen of the monitor has a certain extent, in addition to the above three types of information, a plurality of pieces of information can be displayed, for example, a clock for displaying the current time and an hour meter for accumulating operation time. have.
Reference numerals 41 to 43 denote rear monitoring screens, ML (moment limiter) screens, and cap interference prevention screens on which selectable information is displayed during operation.
The rear monitoring screen 41 is an image in which a rear side of the hydraulic excavator obtained by the camera 10 is used as a visual field. In addition, the ML screen 42 displays the load which can be suspended in the attitude | position state of the front work machine 3 when letting crane work by a hydraulic excavator, specifically, the maximum load which can be suspended, and the actual which is actually suspended. The load is displayed. Therefore, it is necessary to display this ML screen 42 on the monitor 13 when carrying out crane work. In addition, the screen 43 for cap interference prevention is for limiting the moving range of the front work machine 3, and the cab 4 is an object for preventing the interference. That is, the bucket 3c is restricted from colliding with the cab 4 when the front work machine 3 is operating.
Since the collision prevention with the cab 4 is determined in advance, the data can be introduced into the control device 20 by, for example, connecting the personal computer to the information input terminal 25. In addition, in the work site, when the operation range of the front work machine 3 is regulated such that the excavation depth does not come into contact with the underground pipe or the like so as not to interfere with the wires or the structure, for example, the front work machine 3 is actually performed at the work site. ) To set the limit value. Therefore, the setting of cap interference prevention drives the front work machine 3 in the state which displayed the cap interference prevention screen 43 on the monitor 13. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to display the cap interference prevention screen 43 also in a working state.
Reference numerals 44 to 48 denote setting screens such as a maintenance screen, a failure diagnosis screen, an attachment selection screen, a communication content display screen, and a time which are information for which selection is prohibited during operation.
The maintenance screen 44 displays the replacement timing of the life-span among various equipments installed in the hydraulic excavator, for example, the replacement time of the hydraulic oil filter, the replacement time of the engine oil, and the like. This indication includes the time of exchanging, the time between exchanges, the time remaining until the exchange, and the like.
The failure diagnosis screen 45 displays information such as whether or not the sensors installed in the operating parts of the hydraulic excavator are broken.
In addition, the arm 3b of the front work machine 3 can be mounted by exchanging various attachments, for example, a crusher, a breaker, a crusher, as well as the earth and sand excavation bucket 3c, and replace the attachments. In some cases, some kind of restriction may be required for the drive system, such as the maximum flow rate of the hydraulic pump. Therefore, when the attachment is replaced, it is necessary to recognize what is attached. At this time, the attachment selection screen 46 is displayed on the monitor 13 to set which attachments are mounted. This setting can be performed by the selection switch 37.
And the communication content display screen 47 displays them on the monitor 13, when various commands and information are transmitted from the management center etc. via the communication apparatus 12 mounted in the hydraulic excavator.
The setting screen 48 such as a clock is, for example, a screen for correcting the correct time when the current time displayed on the monitor 13 is wrong.
As described above, the monitor 13 displays various kinds of information. Among these, the basic screen 40 is preferentially displayed when the hydraulic excavator is started, and even if the hydraulic excavator is in the idling state, the working state is also displayed. The display continues.
In this way, in the state where the basic screen 40 is displayed on the monitor 13, the rear monitor screen 41 and the ML screen 42 in which the selectable switch 37 displays information that can be selected at the time of work. Alternatively, when the cap interference prevention screen 43 is selected, the hydraulic excavator is switched from the basic screen 40 to the selected screen even in the idling state and in the working state. In particular, the rear safety confirmation can be performed by switching to the rear monitoring screen 41 when the vehicle is reversed or when the vehicle is turned. In addition, when carrying out crane work in a hydraulic excavator, crane work can be performed safely and efficiently by displaying the ML screen 42. In addition, the screen 43 for cap interference prevention is displayed when the front work machine 3 is moved at the work site and the limit value is set. Then, when there is no need to display these screens, the screen is switched to the basic screen 40 by operating the selection switch 37.
By the way, the selection switch 37 switches the operation to the setting screen 48 such as the maintenance screen 44, the failure diagnosis screen 45, the attachment selection screen 46, the communication contents display screen 47, or the time. Even if the hydraulic excavator is in a working state, it is not switched to these screens. That is, in the image selection unit 35, the idling state is entered from the data processing unit 29, or a signal of the working state is introduced, and the maintenance screen 44, the failure diagnosis screen 45, and attachment selection are selected. The screen 46, the communication contents display screen 47, or the setting screen 48 such as time is information for which selection is prohibited at the time of work. Therefore, the selection by the selection switch 37 becomes valid only when the hydraulic excavator is in the idling state by the image selection unit 35, and this selection is invalid in the working state.
By the image selection unit 35, the hydraulic excavator is in the idling state, or the recognition of the working state is, for example, a signal relating to the position of the gate lock lever among the signals introduced from the vehicle body network 22 to the data processing unit 29; It is performed based on the rotation speed of an engine, the state of the oil pressure in a hydraulic actuator, etc. In addition, for the information forbidden to be selected at the time of the above-mentioned work, no problem is caused even if it is not displayed at the time of execution of the work, but rather, the basic screen 40 is selected at the time of working or at the time of work as necessary. This is because it is necessary to display the possible information. By configuring in this way, when the construction machine is carrying out work among the various information which can be displayed on the monitor 13, the operator can be prevented from displaying the unnecessary information by mistake and can obtain necessary information. There is no need to switch the screen to do this. Therefore, it becomes possible to reduce the trouble and fatigue for obtaining the information necessary at the time of work, and to improve the efficiency of information grasping.
When an abnormal condition occurs in the hydraulic excavator, for example, when the engine cooling water temperature rises and becomes overheated, the screen is overlapped with the screen that is actually displayed, including the basic screen 40, or Instead, it is desirable to interrupt and display this abnormality information. This is why the message generator 32 is provided in the control device 20.
However, the situation is different when the hydraulic excavator is in the idling state and when it is in the working state. In the idling state, the display of information such as engine cooling water temperature, fuel level and operating oil temperature is not essential. Rather, it is necessary to check the safety of the surroundings because the idling state is a preparatory stage of the execution of the work. Therefore, the basic screen is set to be different from the idling state and the working state, and the rear monitoring screen 41 is used as the basic screen in the idling state, and the engine cooling water temperature and fuel, which is the original basic screen 40, are used. The information display of the remaining amount and operating oil temperature may automatically switch the display when the image selection unit 35 detects that the switching from the idling state to the working state is performed. Of course, even if the rear monitoring screen 41 is displayed on the monitor 13 in the idling state, it is switched to the original basic image 40 by the operation of the selection switch 36.
