Claims (12)
- 날개부와, 상기 날개부의 선단에 설치된 슈라우드와,터빈 로터의 바깥 둘레부에 설치된 날개홈과 끼워 맞추는 터빈 로터의 지름방향 안 둘레측으로 돌출한 날개 뿌리부와,상기 날개부와 상기 날개 뿌리부와의 사이에 설치된 플랫폼부와,인접하는 날개의 슈라우드의 대면하는 면 사이에 형성되는 구멍과,상기 구멍 내에 설치된 막대형상 부재를 가지고,상기 날개 뿌리부와 상기 날개홈의 사이에, 상기 구멍과 상기 막대형상 부재의 간극 공차를 제어하여 접촉 면적을 크게 하는 핀을 설치하고,상기 구멍과 상기 막대형상 부재의 조립시에 있어서의 간극을, 터빈 회전시의 인접하는 상기 슈라우드의 대면하는 면의 구멍의 변위차보다 작게 하고, 터빈 회전시에, 상기 막대형상 부재는, 인접하는 슈라우드의 상기 구멍에 끼워 넣어지도록 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기터빈 동익 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슈라우드의 선단에 라비린스 시일이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기터빈 동익 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구멍과 상기 막대형상 부재와의 간극을, 상기 날개 뿌리부 및 상기 날개홈과 상기 핀과의 간극 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 증기터빈 동익 조립체.

- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 막대형상 부재는, 상기 구멍에 끼워 설치한 후, 상기 구멍의 끝부에서의 슈라우드부를 코킹하여, 상기 구멍 내에 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 터빈 동익 조립체.
