Claims (7)
- 오탁수에 응집제를 희석하여 슬러지와 청등수로 구분되어 배출하는 오탁수 고속처리장치에 있어서, 상기 오탁수 고속처리장치는 오탁수 원수조(100), 투입부(101), 침전부(102), 탈수부(103) 및 배출부(104)를 포함하되,
상기 오탁수 원수조(100)는 사각 프레임으로 이루어진 저장탱크로써, 내부는 고형물 분리조와 교반조로 나누어지며, 상기 오탁수 원수조(100)의 고형물분리조는 건설현장에서 발생하는 오탁수를 저장하며, 상기 오탁수중 혼재된 고형물은 침전되고, 상기 고형물을 제외한 오탁수는 pH값 측정 후 산성일 때는 NaOH(가성소다)를, 알칼리성일 때는 H2SO4(황산)를 투입하여 정제 후 교반조로 흘러넘치게 하며, 또한, 상기 교반조에서 한 번 더 pH값 측정후 관리치인 pH5.8~pH8.5 사이일 때는 인젝션모터(250)를 통해 라인믹스관(120)으로 주입시키고, pH값이 pH5.8 미만일 때는 주입을 중지한 후 NaOH를 재투입 시키며, pH값이 pH8.5를 초과할 때는 주입을 중지한 후 H2SO4를 재투입 시키는 것이며,
상기 투입부(101)는 오탁수 원수조(100)의 교반조로부터 유입된 오탁수에 응집제를 투입시켜 플록을 형성하여 상기 오탁수와 플록이 침전부(102)로 흘러 넘어가는 공정으로써, 상기 오탁수 고속처리장치의 측면에 형성되며, 하부에는 응집제 공급장치(200), 응집제 용해장치(210), 응집제 저장장치(220), 라인믹스(LINE MIXER)관(120) 및 저류변환 확장관(230)으로 구성되고, 상부에는 상기 저류변환 확장관(230)과 연결된 사각 프레임의 저장탱크와 상기 저장탱크 상부에 위치한 유량분산 커버(240)로 구성되는 것이며,
상기 침전부는 플록이 생성된 오탁수를 저장하는 사각 프레임, 침강판(300), 슬러지 저장조(310), 슬러지배출 자동밸브(320), 에어 콤프레셔(330), 에어콘트롤 전자밸브(340), 슬러지 배출관(350), 및 농축조(360)로 구성되는 것이며,
상기 탈수부(103)는 탈수기(400)와 이송컨베이어(410)로 구성되며, 상기 침전부(102)의 우측 위에 이송컨베이어(410)가 장착이 되고 상기 이송컨베이어(410) 위로는 탈수기(400)가 장착이 되는 것이며,
상기 배출부(104)는 투입부(101)와 침전부(102) 후방측 하부에 위치하며 상등수의 흐름에 따라 pH처리조(500)와, 폭기조(510), 방류조(520)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오탁수 고속처리 장치 - 삭제
