Claims (7)
- 특정형태의 형틀(10) 안에 식용 필름을 까는 단계(S 210);상기 형틀(10) 안에 카레밥, 볶음밥, 알 밥 등의 양념 밥을 넣는 단계(S 220);상기 형틀(10)을 가열하고 구워서 즉석 음식을 제조하되, 중간 불로 2분 내지 5분 동안 가열하여 상기 즉석 음식이 특정형태를 유지하도록 하고, 상기 즉석 음식이 상기 형틀(10)에 의해서 눌려져 구워지는 과정에서 상기 식용 필름(F)에 의해서 상기 즉석 음식의 표면에 특정문양이 형성되도록 하는 단계(S 230); 및소비자가 필요시에 해동하거나 데워서 먹을 수 있도록 상기 즉석 음식을 냉동 또는 냉장 처리하는 단계(S 240);를 포함하는 즉석 음식 제조방법.
