- 인삼을 물에 세척하는 단계;상기 인삼을 끓는 물에서 1~3회 증숙하여 홍삼을 제조하는 홍삼 제조단계;상기 홍삼을 물엿 또는 꿀에 침지하여 당절임하는 당절임단계;상기 당절임한 홍삼을 비스듬히 썰어 슬라이스로 만들되, 길이 5cm, 두께 1~2mm로 절단하여 홍삼 슬라이스를 제조하는 홍삼 슬라이스 제조단계;상기 홍삼 슬라이스에 땅콩, 아몬드, 은행 중 어느 하나를 놓은 후 권취하는 권취단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼스낵 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,땅콩, 아몬드, 은행 중 어느 하나가 권취된 홍삼 슬라이드의 겉 표면에 0.1~0.5mm 크기로 분쇄된 땅콩, 아몬드, 잣, 호두, 피스타치오, 은행 중 어느 하나 또는 참깨, 들깨 중 어느 하나가 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼스낵 제조방법.
