- 삭제
- 흙막이 공사중 연속적인 지반천공을 실시하고 조합된 H-파일(20)과 강판파일(30)을 이용한 흙막이벽 공법에 있어서,굴착부지의 굴착라인을 따라 일정 단면적을 갖는 지반 천공중장비(100)를 이용하여 벽체연속 천공단계;상기 H-파일(20)의 웨브에 "ㄷ" 형강(21)을 설치하여 "ㄷ"형강(21)과 H-파일(20)의 플랜지 사이에 축방향으로 길게 홈 키(22)를 형성하고, 상기 "ㄷ"형강의 상부 끝에는 나사텝을 형성하는 벽체 축방향 고정너트 홀(51)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 "ㄷ"형강(21)의 안쪽에 그라우팅 호스(42)를 포함한 그라우팅관(41)을 설치한 후 상기 "ㄷ"형강(21)과 그라우팅관(41)이 설치된 H-파일(20)을 천공홀(11)에 소정의 간격으로 이격하여 삽입하고 상기 H-파일(20)의 홈 키(22)에 끼워지도록 일정 곡률을 갖는 아치형상의 금속 판재로 이루어진 강판파일(30)을 설치하여 천공홀(11)에 삽입하는 단계;상기 벽체 축방향 고정너트 홀(51)에 벽체 축방향 고정볼트(50)를 체결하여 강판파일(30)을 H-파일(20)에 압박하여 고정하고 천공홀(11)을 채움 및 다짐후 그라우팅 호스(42)를 통해 그라우팅 주입단계;상기 H-파일(20)과 강판파일(30)을 흙막이벽체로 지지하며 굴착하는 터파기단계;를 포함하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 H-파일(20)과 강판파일(30)을 이용한 흙막이벽 공법.
