Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tool driver, and more particularly, to a tool driver for fastening an abutment screw in which a structure of a tool wrench groove of a head part is changed.
In general, the implant used in the artificial tooth treatment is largely composed of a fixture corresponding to the artificial root, an abutment corresponding to the abutment, and an artificial tooth.
Fixture is a fixture that is planted in the alveolar bone of the missing tooth like the root of natural tooth to support the artificial tooth. Abutments, also known as abutments, are designed to connect artificial teeth with fixtures that are planted in the gums and planted in the alveolar bone.
The fixture and abutment are fastened and fixed by an abutment screw, and the abutment screw is provided with a tool wrench groove in which a tool driver is inserted into an upper surface of the head part.
The wrench wrench groove of the abutment screw is generally formed in a straight or hexagonal shape, and the tool driver also has a fastening portion formed in a straight or hexagonal shape.
When the wrench wrench groove and the tool screwdriver of the abutment screw are formed in a straight shape, even though the mouth is wide open, the straight tool wrench groove is not easily seen due to the naked eye, and it is not easy to tighten, and it is caused by saliva or residue during the procedure. When the straight tool wrench groove is filled, there was a problem that is more difficult to fasten.
In addition, when the tool wrench groove and the tool driver of the abutment screw are formed in a hexagon, it is easier to fasten them than a straight one, but the base and base side surfaces of the hexagon tool wrench groove are repeated by repeatedly tightening and loosening during the implant procedure. This wear caused a problem that the loosening of the abutment screw is not easy.
Therefore, when the hexagonal wrench wrench groove of the abutment screw is worn as described above, a thin diamond bar is generally inserted into the insertion hole of the abutment using a dental hand piece to make the hexagonal wrench wrench groove straight. Afterwards, the abutment screw was removed using a straight tool screwdriver to dismantle the fixture and the abutment.
However, this method was not easy to straighten the hexagonal wrench wrench groove by inserting the diamond bar directly into the narrow oral cavity, and it was not easy to adjust the position of the slotted groove formed in the hexagonal wrench wrench groove with a straight tool screwdriver. In many cases, the head part of the screw was damaged, and the fixture was also impacted, which may cause problems in the bone adhesion.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is an implant abutment in which a straight tool groove is formed in the hexagonal wrench wrench groove so that when the hexagonal wrench wrench groove is worn out, the head portion can be easily loosened or fastened without damaging the head or impacting the fixture. An easy-to-use tool driver for fastening screws is provided.
The tool driver according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, in the tool driver, the upper end of the body is provided with a handle, the lower end of the body is provided with a hexagonal wrench, a square formed on both sides of the wrench symmetrically At least one pair of protrusions of a shape is formed, and the rectangular protrusions are characterized in that formed at a position higher than the bottom surface of the wrench.
The tool driver according to another embodiment of the present invention, in the tool driver, at least one pair of hexagonal tool wrench grooves formed on the upper surface of the head portion and the straight tool grooves on the inner wall of the hexagon tool wrench grooves symmetrically in the groove center It is configured to fasten the augmentation screw formed in the form, the upper end of the body is provided with a handle, the lower end of the body is provided with a hexagonal wrench that is inserted into the hexagonal wrench wrench groove, a pair of straight tool grooves on both sides of the wrench At least one pair of quadrangular protrusions inserted into each other is formed, and the rectangular protrusions are formed at a position higher than the bottom surface of the wrench portion.
The present invention can easily loosen or fasten the abutment screw formed with a straight tool groove in the hexagonal wrench wrench groove so that even if the hexagonal wrench wrench groove is worn out without damaging the head or impacting the fixture. have.
