Claims (7)
- Mg 합금 재질의 박판재를 프레스 성형하여, 가장자리가 굽어진 케이스 기재를 얻는 성형공정과;상기 케이스 기재를 표면처리하고 피막을 형성하는 표면처리 공정과;상기 표면처리된 케이스 기재에 도장층을 형성하는 도장공정을 포함하되,상기 표면처리 공정은,상기 케이스 기재를 탈지하는 단계와,탈지된 상기 케이스 기재를 화학연마하는 단계와,화학연마된 상기 케이스 기재 표면의 스머트를 제거하는 탈 스머트 단계와,스머트 제거된 상기 케이스 기재의 표면에 수화물로 된 피막을 도장층의 하층이 되도록 형성하는 수화물 피막 형성 단계를 포함하고,상기 성형 공정은,성형공간이 형성된 하측의 금형과 상기 성형공간에 상응하는 상측의 펀치를 포함하는 성형장치를 준비하는 단계와;상기 박판재를 상기 금형 상면에 배치하는 재료 배치 단계와;상기 펀치와 상기 성형공간의 상호 작용에 의해, 상기 박판재를 가장자리가 굽어진 상기 케이스 기재로 성형하는 프레스 성형 단계를 포함하며,상기 프레스 성형 단계 중에, 상기 펀치 및 상기 금형은 자체 내장된 히터들에 의해 상기 박판재를 연화시키는 온도로 가열되고,상기 프레스 성형 단계는, 상기 박판재에 접촉되는 위치까지, 상기 펀치를 제1 속도로 하강시키는 1차 하강 단계와, 상기 제1 속도보다 느린 속도로 상기 펀치를 더 하강시키는 2차 하강 단계와, 상기 2차 하강 단계에 뒤 이은 펀치의 3차 하강 단계를 포함하며,상기 프레스 성형 단계는, 상기 1차 하강 단계와 상기 2차 하강 단계 사이, 그리고, 상기 2차 하강 단계와 상기 3차 하강 단계 사이에, 상기 박판재에 접촉된 상기 펀치를 미리 결정된 시간동안 정지상태로 유지시키는 하강 휴지 단계들을 더 포함하며,상기 성형공간에는 상기 펀치의 힘에 눌려 탄성적으로 하강되는 받침블록이 설치되며, 상기 받침블록은, 상기 프레스 단계 중에, 상기 박판재를 탄성적으로 받치며,상기 프레스 단계 중에, 상기 연화 온도의 범위 내에서, 상기 펀치의 온도가 상기 금형의 온도보다 낮으며,상기 박판재의 두께는 0.3~0.9mm이고, 상기 하강 휴지 단계의 상기 정지 시간은 1초 내지 3초인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제품 케이스의 프레스 성형방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수화물 피막 형성 단계는 상기 케이스 기재를 100℃ 끓는 물에 디핑하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제품 케이스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 Mg 합금은 Mg와 Al을 포함하는 합금이며, 상기 피막은 마그네슘 수화물 또는 수산화물과, 베마이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제품 케이스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 화학연마하는 단계는 황산, 질산 및 인산으로부터 선택된 산을 1~20% 포함하는 40~60℃의 산 수용액에 상기 케이스 기재를 10~40초 디핑하는 것에 의해 이루어지고, 상기 탈 스머트 단계는 10~20% NaOH를 포함하는 40~60℃의 수용액에 상기 케이스 기재를 디핑하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제품 케이스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 도장공정은 도료를 상기 수화물 피막 위로 복수의 도장층들을 형성하여 이루어지되, 상기 복수의 도장층들은, 상기 수화물 피막으로부터 위로 향할수록 색 밝기가 어두워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제품 케이스의 제조방법.
