Description
Claims (10)
- 실린더 안에 배치되어 흡기, 압축, 폭발 및 배기 행정을 수행하고, 상단면에는 제1연소실홈이 형성되고, 상기 제1연소실홈의 바닥에 적어도 하나의 제2연소실홈이 더 형성되는 피스톤;상기 실린더의 제1흡기구와 연결되어 상기 실린더에 공기를 공급하는 제1흡기포트와 상기 한 실린더의 제2흡기구와 연결되어 상기 실린더에 공기를 공급하는 제2흡기포트; 및상기 제1흡기포트 및 상기 제2흡기포트 중 적어도 한 개의 흡기포트로 재순환 배기가스(exhaust recirculation gas)를 공급하되, 상기 제1,2흡기포트를 통해 공급되는 재순환 배기가스의 양을 서로 다르게 하여, 상기 제1연소실홈과 상기 제2연소실홈 사이에 배기가스의 농도를 다르게 성층화하는 제어부; 를 포함하며,상기 제1연소실홈은 상기 피스톤의 상단면에서 제1깊이를 갖고, 상기 제2연소실홈은 상기 피스톤의 상단면에서 상기 제1깊이보다 깊은 제2깊이를 갖고 있고,상기 제2연소실홈의 바닥면에는 피스톤의 중심으로 갈수록 상기 피스톤의 상단면과 가까워지며,제1연소실홈 및 제2연소실홈 중 어느 한 측에 배기가스 농후 지역이 형성되며, 타 측에는 산소 농후 지역이 형성되어 상기 실린더의 반경방향과 상하방향으로 동시에 배기가스 성층화가 이루어지는 연소 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1흡기포트 또는 상기 제2흡기포트에 공급되는 상기 재순환 배기가스는 흡기밸브가 열린 구간에서 일부 기간만 공급되도록 재순환 배기가스 제어밸브가 온/오프 되어 컨트롤되는 차량의 연소 시스템.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 흡기밸브가 닫히기 전 일정 시간 동안 단속적으로 한차례 또는 여러 차례 상기 재순환 배기가스가 공급되는 차량의 연소 시스템.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 재순환 배기가스 농후 지역에 연료가 분사됨으로서 상기 재순환 배기가스 농후 지역에서 연소가 시작되도록 하는 연소 시스템.
- 제7 항에 있어서,팽창 행정에서 산소 농후 지역의 기체가 연소지역에 혼합되어 soot를 산화시켜 제거하는 연소 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1흡기포트로 공급되는 재순환 배기가스의 양은 상기 제2흡기포트로 공급되는 것보다 적은 차량의 연소 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1,2흡기포트 중 어느 한 측으로는 재순환 배기가스가 공급되지 않고 나머지 타 측 흡기포트로는 재순환 배기가스가 공급되는 차량의 연소 시스템.
