Six arms of the female subjects were marked with 1 cm widthwise and 1 cm length, and the cosmetic compositions of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were respectively applied, and the remaining one was used as a control group. 실시예 1에서 사용한 자작나무 추출물, 상지 추출물 및 설강화 추출물을 혼합하여 티로시나제 활성 억제 효과 실험을 측정하였으며, 비교 물질로서 알부틴을 사용하였다.The effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity was measured by mixing the birch extract, topical extract and tall oil-extracted extract used in Example 1, and arbutin was used as a comparative substance.
먼저 티로신을 증류수에 0.3mg/ml 용액으로 만들어서 그 용액을 1ml씩 시험관에 넣고 여기에 인산칼륨 완충용액(0.1M, pH 6.8) 1ml와 농도별(0.3, 0.6, 1.3, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0(%, W/V)) 시료 0.9ml을 넣은 뒤 37℃ 항온조에서 10분 동안 반응시켰다. 이 때 대조군으로 각 시료 대신 용매만을 0.9ml을 넣었다. 이 반응액에 2500 Unit/ml의 티로시나제 용액 0.1ml씩을 넣고 다시 37℃ 항온조에서 10분 동안 반응시켰다.
