Abstract
상기 언와인딩 존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)가 설치된 Oxi-PAN섬유 설치부(210) 및 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유 설치부(210)로부터 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 가압하면서 푸는 언와인딩 롤러(220)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 바이브레이션존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 진동을 부여하는 바이브레이션부(230)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 스프레드존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 상기 언와인딩 롤러(220)보다 더 큰 가압력을 부가하는 복수의 그루부 롤러(240)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 라인업존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 대하여 빗질하는 복수의 콤브(250)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 니들 펀칭 장비(100)를 이용하여 폭 80cm 면밀도 400g/m2의 Oxi-PAN섬유 직물을 제조하는 방법을 나타낸 플로차트이다.
도 3은 Oxi-PAN섬유를 언와인딩 존, 바이브레이션 존, 스프레드 존, 및 라인업 존에 따라 1 내지 4차 확포하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 방법을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 획득한 확포 데이터가 저장되어 있는 데이터 베이스를 이용함으로써, 제조하고자 하는 Oxi-PAN섬유의 폭과 면밀도에 따라 정확하게 Oxi-PAN섬유를 1 내지 4차 확포하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 방법을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 도 3의 각 존에 따라 Oxi-PAN섬유가 1 내지 4차 확포되어 가는 과정을 나타낸 도면으로서, (a)는 Oxi-PAN섬유의 각 존에 따른 확포를 나타낸 평면도이고, (b)는 Oxi-PAN섬유의 각 존에 따른 확포를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 6은 도 5의 각 존에 따라 Oxi-PAN섬유를 1 내지 4차 확포하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치의 전체를 나타낸 도면으로서, (a)는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치의 각 존에 따른 구성을 나타낸 평면도이고, (b)는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치의 각 존에 따른 구성을 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 니들 펀칭 장비(100)에 의해서 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 니들 펀칭하기 전에 확포하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치로서,
복수의 빗살이 마련되어 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 균일 분포 및 균일 배향하도록 빗질하는 콤브(comb)(250)를 포함하고,
상부 롤러와 하부 롤러를 포함하는 그루부 롤러(240) - 상기 상부 롤러에는 돌기부가 상부 롤러의 장방향 축을 따라 길게 연장 형성되어 있고, 상기 하부 롤러에는 오목부가 상기 하부 롤러의 장방향 축을 따라 길게 연장 형성되어 있고, 상기 돌기부와 상기 오목부는 상부 롤러와 상기 하부 롤러의 회전시에 맞물림 - 를 더 포함하고,
상기 그루부 롤러(240)는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)의 진행 방향을 기준으로 상기 콤브의 앞쪽에 설치되어 상기 그루부 롤러(240)의 돌기부와 오목부에 의해서 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 가압하여 펼치는 것을 특징으로 하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 진동을 부가하는 바이브레이션부(230)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치. - 니들 펀칭 장비(100)에 의해서 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 니들 펀칭하기 전에 확포하는 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치로서,
상기 Oxi-PAN섬유 확포 장치는 언와인딩존, 바이브레이션존, 스프레드존, 및 라인업존의 순서로 구분되어 있고, 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)는 각 존을 따라 순서대로 진행하면서 확포되며,
상기 언와인딩 존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)가 설치된 Oxi-PAN섬유 설치부(210) 및 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유 설치부(210)로부터 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)를 가압하면서 푸는 언와인딩 롤러(220)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 바이브레이션존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 진동을 부여하는 바이브레이션부(230)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 스프레드존에는 상기 Oxi-PAN섬유(11)에 상기 언와인딩 롤러(220)보다 더 큰 가압력을 부가하는 복수의 그루부 롤러(240)가 설치되어 있고,
