Claims (5)
- 전극; 및상기 전극에 코팅되어 있으며, 서로 다른 특성을 가지는 2종 이상의 고분자층을 포함하는 초극세 섬유상의 다공성 고분자 분리막을 포함하며,상기 다공성 고분자 분리막은, 직경 1 내지 3000 nm의 고분자 섬유가 3차원적으로 무질서하게 적층된 초극세 섬유상 형태를 가지며, 상기 다공성 고분자 분리막의 두께는 1 내지 300μm인 것인, 전극-분리막 복합체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 특성을 가지는 2종 이상의 고분자층은, (a) 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어진 셧다운 고분자층; 및 (b) 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미이드, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미이드이미드, 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아미이드), 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리에테르이미드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 고분자로 이루어진 열 수축 억제 고분자층을 포함하는 것인, 전극-분리막 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 특성을 가지는 2종 이상의 고분자층은, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 퍼풀루오로폴리머, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리비닐리덴클로라이드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 유도체, 폴리옥사이드, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 이들의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 고분자로 이루어진 전해액 함침 고분자층을 더욱 포함하는 것인, 전극-분리막 복합체.
- (a) 전극 활물질을 포함하는 슬러리를 전류 집전체에 도포하고 건조하여 전극을 제조하는 단계; 및((b) 상기 전극의 표면에 서로 다른 특성을 가지는 2종 이상의 고분자를 순차적으로 전기 방사하여, 초극세 섬유상의 다공성 고분자 분리막을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 다공성 고분자 분리막은, 직경 1 내지 3000 nm의 고분자 섬유가 3차원적으로 무질서하게 적층된 초극세 섬유상 형태를 가지며, 상기 다공성 고분자 분리막의 두께는 1 내지 300μm인 것인, 전극-분리막 복합체의 제조 방법.
