Claims (7)
- 전압원과 출력 단자 사이에 접속된 출력 MOS 트랜지스터; 상기 출력 단자와 GND 사이에 제공되는 분압 회로; 기준 전압 회로로부터의 기준 전압 및 상기 분압 회로로부터의 분압 전압을 입력으로 수신하는 에러 증폭기; 및 상기 전압원과 상기 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 전류 제한 회로를 포함하고,상기 전류 제한 회로는, 상기 전압원에 접속되고 상기 에러 증폭기로부터의 출력 신호를 기초로 제어되는 제1 MOS 트랜지스터; 및 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터와 상기 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 전류원 회로를 포함하며, 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터를 통해 흐르는 전류가 소정 전류에 도달하는 것을 검출하는 경우, 상기 전류 제한 회로는 상기 출력 단자를 통해 출력되는 전류를 제한하도록 상기 출력 MOS 트랜지스터를 제어하며,상기 전류 제한 회로는, 상기 전압원에 접속된 저항; 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터를 통해 흐르는 전류를 기초로 제어되는 제2 MOS 트랜지스터; 및 상기 전압원과 상기 에러 증폭기의 출력 사이에 접속되고 상기 저항을 통해 흐르는 전류를 기초로 제어되는 제3 MOS 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 전압원과 출력 단자 사이에 접속된 출력 MOS 트랜지스터; 상기 출력 단자와 GND 사이에 제공되는 분압 회로; 기준 전압 회로로부터의 기준 전압 및 상기 분압 회로로부터의 분압 전압을 입력으로 수신하는 에러 증폭기; 및 상기 전압원과 상기 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 전류 제한 회로를 포함하고,상기 전류 제한 회로는, 상기 전압원에 접속되고 상기 에러 증폭기로부터의 출력 신호를 기초로 제어되는 제1 MOS 트랜지스터; 및 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터와 상기 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 전류원 회로를 포함하며, 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터를 통해 흐르는 전류가 소정 전류에 도달하는 것을 검출하는 경우, 상기 전류 제한 회로는 상기 출력 단자를 통해 출력되는 전류를 제한하도록 상기 출력 MOS 트랜지스터를 제어하며,상기 전류 제한 회로는, 상기 제1 MOS 트랜지스터와 상기 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 제1 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터; 상기 제1 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터와 전류 미러 관계를 나타내도록 상기 제1 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터에 접속된 제2 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터; 및 상기 제2 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터를 통해 흐르는 전류를 설정하기 위한 정전류 회로를 포함하며,상기 제2 N-채널 MOS 트랜지스터에 백게이트(backgate) 바이어스 전압이 인가되는 전압 레귤레이터.
