Claims (5)
- 절연막으로 코팅된 와이어(13)가 둘레에 권취되어 코일을 형성하는 코어 튜브(14)와, 상기 코어 튜브의 양 단부에 제공된 한 쌍의 판형 제1 및 제2 플랜지(15, 16)를 구비하는 절연체 보빈(10)을 포함하고, 회전 전기 기계의 고정자에 장착가능한 카세트 코일(1, 2)이며,상기 제1 플랜지(15)는 일 측면에 개방된 절결부(12)를 갖고,와이어의 코일의 단부인 권취 개시부와 권취 종료부가 제1 플랜지의 동일한 절결부를 통해 외부로 돌출되도록 위치되고,상기 카세트 코일은 제1 플랜지에 근접하여 권취 개시부와 와이어의 코일의 최외측에 위치된 최외측 와이어부 사이에 제1 플랜지(15)의 일 부분으로부터 절결부(12) 내부를 향하여 연장하도록 제공된 절연 부재(11)를 포함하고,상기 절연 부재(11)의 외벽과 상기 제1 플랜지(15)의 외벽에는 단차가 형성되어 상기 절연 부재(11)는 상기 제1 플랜지(15)보다 두께가 작은 카세트 코일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재와 절결부의 하부 표면 사이에 권취 개시부의 삽입을 위한 클리어런스가 제공되는 카세트 코일.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어(13)는 함께 권취될 2개의 와이어를 포함하고,상기 클리어런스는 상기 2개의 와이어의 권취 개시부의 삽입을 허용하도록 상기 절연 부재와 상기 절결부 하부 표면 사이의 폭을 갖는 카세트 코일.

- 절연막으로 코팅된 와이어(13)가 둘레에 권취되어 코일을 형성하는 코어 튜브(14)와, 상기 코어 튜브의 양 단부에 제공된 한 쌍의 판형 제1 및 제2 플랜지(15, 16)를 구비하며 상기 제1 플랜지(15)가 일 측면에 개방된 절결부(12)를 갖는 절연체 보빈(10)을 포함하고, 회전 전기 기계의 고정자에 장착가능한 카세트 코일이 제공된 회전 전기 기계이며,상기 회전 전기 기계는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 카세트 코일을 포함하는 회전 전기 기계.
