- 엘이디가 결합되어 발광되는 엘이디 조명 모듈로서,표면에 하나 이상의 엘이디와 상기 엘이디의 동작에 필요한 부품이 실장되는 기판과,상부면에 상기 기판이 안착되기 위한 안착홈과, 전선이 관통되는 전선 통과홀이 형성되는 하우징을 포함하되, 상기 하우징은 열전도율이 높은 금속으로 형성되며, 상기 하우징의 측부에는 열을 방출시키기 위한 방열핀이 형성되고,상기 기판에는 양단에 기판측 체결홀이 형성되며,상기 하우징의 안착홈에는 상기 기판측 체결홀에 대응되는 위치에 상기 하우징측 전선 통과홀까지 연결된 하우징측 체결홀이 형성되어,상기 하우징측 전선 통과홀을 통해 설치되는 전선과, 상기 기판측 체결홀과 하우징측 체결홀을 관통하여 상기 전선까지 결합되는 체결나사에 의해, 상기 전선과 기판측 체결홀을 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 기판과 상기 하우징은 기계적으로 결합되되, 상기 기판측 체결홀에는 금속 패턴이 형성되어 상기 체결나사에 의해 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 하우징은 압출 성형으로 형성되고,상기 기판측 체결홀에 대응되는 위치에 시트측 체결홀이 형성되며, 상기 기판과 하우징 사이에 위치되어 상기 기판의 하부 표면과 하우징의 상부 표면 사이를 절연시키며, 상기 기판의 열을 하우징으로 전달하는 열전도가 가능한 재질로 형성되는 절연시트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘이디 조명 모듈.
