혈당 측정은 12시간 절식 후 실험시작 당일, 1주일 및 2주일 경과후 측정하였고, 실험군은 약물 투여 전, 투여 후 매 1주일마다 미정맥을 통하여 채혈하였다. 혈당은 혈당계(Roche Diagnostics Gmbh, Germ)를 사용하여 측정하여 그 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.Blood glucose was measured after 12 hours of fasting on the day, 1 week, and 2 weeks after the start of the experiment, and the experimental group was collected through the vein before the drug administration and every 1 week after administration.
