Description

Tooth tray unit with ultrasonic generator vibrator

The present invention relates to a tooth tray unit, and more particularly, to a tooth tray unit having an ultrasonic generating vibrator capable of fixing an oscillator for generating ultrasonic waves for promoting bone fusion in an implant procedure.

In general, the implant procedure refers to a dental procedure that restores the original function of the teeth by purchasing implant teeth, which are substitutes for natural teeth lost to the alveolar bone of the upper and lower jaw.

These implants consist of a screw-like fixture that is fastened to the alveolar bone and an artificial tooth that is coupled to the fixture. The implant procedure was required to wait for the alveolar bone to be spontaneously produced for a certain period of time so that the fixture was fused to the alveolar bone during implantation. It took a considerable time to complete it.

In order to solve this problem, an ultrasonic treatment apparatus for applying an ultrasonic vibration to the gum region in which the fixture is embedded to promote the generation of alveolar bone after embedding the fixture into the alveolar bone has been developed.

In this prior art, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-351155 "Ultrasound Therapy Device" and Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2008-0038531 proposed by the applicant intend to reduce the duration of the procedure by using a vibrator for irradiating ultrasound.

However, these prior arts are inconvenient to fix the vibrator to the correct position within the section, the therapist has to manually fix the vibrator to the treatment site.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve this problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tooth tray unit that can promote bone fusion using ultrasonic waves.

The tooth tray unit provided with an ultrasonic wave generating vibrator according to the present invention is a tray body curved in the form of an arch, and formed in the tray body, and is formed in a U-shaped support frame capable of supporting the occlusal pressure of the oral tissue. And, in the tooth tray unit consisting of a handle protruding to the outside of the tray body, the tray body is characterized in that the recessed groove which can be fixed to the vibrator for generating ultrasonic waves by vibrating the frequency is applied to the inner surface do.

Here, the recess is characterized in that the continuously formed on the inner surface of the tray body so as to continuously change the position where the vibrator is fixed.

Finally, the tray body is made of silicon, characterized in that the upper surface of the tray body is displayed tooth number indicating the fixed position of the vibrator.

The tooth tray unit provided with the ultrasonic wave generating vibrator according to the present invention can fix the vibrator capable of oscillating ultrasonic waves to the inner side of the tray body so that the ultrasonic wave can be oscillated at the correct position, thereby promoting bone fusion, and treatment. Has the advantage of being simple.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

1 is a perspective view of a tooth tray unit provided with an ultrasonic wave generating vibrator according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, the tooth tray unit including the ultrasonic wave generating vibrator according to the present invention is formed in the tray body 10 curved in the form of a bow, and formed in the U-shaped cross section. It is similar to the structure of the conventional impression tooth tray is composed of a support frame 20 that can support the occlusal pressure of the oral tissue, and the handle 30 protruding to the outside of the tray body 10.

Tooth trays are used for impressions and are used together with abnormal materials when they are popular for the reproduction of oral tissue needed for diagnosis and treatment in case of tooth defects or damages. It consists of a concave structure that can hold an impression material for popularizing the inner impression structure, and a handle formed on the outer side of the mouth to facilitate treatment.

The handle is integrally formed on the outer surface of the tray body to be formed to have a long bar shape so that it can be gripped by hand, and the handle 30 is inserted into the oral cavity while being gripped by the hand.

However, in the present invention, it is characterized in that the recessed groove 12 is formed on the inner surface of the tray body 10, the tray body 10 is preferably made of a silicon material.

A perspective view illustrating a state in which a vibrator is fixed to a tooth tray unit according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the recessed groove 12 is continuously formed on the inner surface of the tray body 10 so that the vibrator 40 generating ultrasonic waves by applying a frequency is fixed, and the user has the vibrator 40. The position at which is fixed can be changed continuously so that the vibrator can be fixed at the correct position.

The vibrator 40 will be described in detail.

The vibrator 40 emits ultrasonic waves by receiving a frequency signal and vibrates, and is formed in a plate shape.

The vibrator 40 is usually vibrated at a high frequency of about 1 ~ 5Mhz.

It is composed of a piezoelectric element that vibrates when a voltage is applied, and has a unique natural frequency. Generally, it is manufactured to have various kinds of natural frequencies such as 1Mhz, 3Mhz, and 5Mhz.

Therefore, when a signal having the same frequency as the natural frequency is input to the vibrator 40 having a unique natural frequency, the vibrator 40 causes resonance to vibrate at the maximum amplitude, thereby maximizing ultrasonic waves.

The emitted ultrasound mainly promotes metabolism by fever of the affected area, micro massage by high frequency vibration, and biological chemistry acting on other tissues, thereby promoting treatment.

In particular, when ultrasonic waves are radiated between the fixture and the adjacent alveolar bone after the implant procedure, bone formation is rapidly promoted to induce the fixation and the alveolar bone to be firmly fused.

In order to easily set the position where the vibrator 40 is fixed, it is preferable that a tooth number indicating the fixed position of the vibrator is displayed on the upper surface of the tray body 10 as shown in FIG. 2.

3 is a state diagram used in the tooth tray unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The vibrator 40 fixed to the recessed groove 12 is connected to the control unit 44 through the connecting line 42, the through hole 14 is formed in the tray body 10 so that the connecting line 42 can pass through. It is preferable.

The controller 44 generally generates a constant frequency and serves to apply an electrical signal to the vibrator 40. The controller 44 displays a power switch frequency generator, a frequency amplifier, a frequency selector, and various numerical values. The detailed description will be omitted.

The user inserts the vibrator 40 into the recessed groove 12 of the tray body 10 in a state in which the vibrator 40 is connected to the control unit 44, and is inserted into the oral cavity of the patient using the handle 30.

At this time, the vibrator 40 is positioned on the side surface of the gum alveolar bone 1 in which the fixture 2 is fixed, and when the position is not correct, the tray unit is removed again to adjust the position.

When the vibrator is positioned at the correct position, the user selects and operates the frequency sent to the vibrator 40 through the power switch to treat for a predetermined time.

In order to confirm the correct treatment time, the control unit may further include a timer function.

4 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a vibrator is fixed according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 4, the connection line 42 may be conveniently used when the tray is inserted through the connector 42a, and the connector 42a is preferably fixed to the handle 30.

In addition, the connecting line connecting the vibrator 40 and the connector 42a should be made of a flexible material so as to facilitate the positional movement of the vibrator 40.

5 is a perspective view illustrating a vibrator according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 5, the vibrator 40 is preferably manufactured to have a streamline shape corresponding to the oral structure, and two vibrators may be provided to maximize the treatment effect even if the vibration is not a precise position.

As described above, the present invention has a main technical idea of a tooth tray unit capable of fixing an oscillator capable of oscillating an ultrasonic wave to an inner surface, and the embodiment described above with reference to the drawings is only one embodiment. The true scope of the invention should be determined by the claims.
