Claims (3)
- 원기둥 형상으로 형성되고, 저면이 평탄한 측정몸체;상기 측정몸체의 평탄한 저면에 분리가능하게 결합되고, 측정하고자 하는 촉매담체의 직경에 대한 기준직경이 되는 제1기준블록; 및상기 측정몸체의 하부에 방사형으로 배치되고, 복수의 측정다리를 통해 상기 측정몸체에 연결되는 복수의 접촉식 센서;를 포함하고,상기 각 측정다리는 상기 측정몸체의 외주면에서 하부방향으로 수직하게 연장되며,복수의 접촉식 센서들은 한 쌍 이상의 접촉식 센서들이 서로 마주보게 배치되어 구성되고, 각 쌍의 접촉식 센서들은 상기 측정몸체의 서로 다른 직경방향을 따라 각각 배치되며,상기 측정몸체의 하부에는 제1테이블이 배치되고, 상기 제1테이블의 상면에는 제2기준블록이 안착되며, 상기 제2기준블록은 상기 제1기준블록과 동일한 직경을 가지고, 복수의 접촉식 센서들이 제2기준블록의 직경을 측정함으로써 제로세팅을 하며,상기 제1테이블에 근접하여 제2테이블이 위치하고, 상기 제2테이블의 상면에는 측정대상인 촉매담체가 안착되며, 상기 복수의 접촉식 센서가 촉매담체의 외주면과 접촉함으로써 촉매담체의 직경과 제2기준블록의 직경 차이를 산출함으로써 촉매담체의 직경을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매담체의 직경측정장치.
