Claims (3)
- 기탁번호 KACC91353P로 기탁된 알긴산 분해 효소를 생산하는 슈도모나스속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슈도모나스속 미생물은 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 포함하는 16S rDNA를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈도모나스속 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 미생물을 Alginate-Na 0.5중량%, Yeast extract 0.5중량%, NaCl 0.5중량%, K2HPO4 0.2%중량%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.1중량%, KCl 0.1중량%, CaCl2 0.05중량%를 포함하는 배지에서 배양하고, 배양액으로부터 암모늄 설페이트 농축 방법을 이용하여 알긴산 분해효소를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알긴산 분해 효소의 제조 방법.
