Claims (8)
- 박막 트랜지스터와 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 제1 기판; 그리고상기 제1 기판에 대향 배치되며, 상기 제1 기판과 마주하는 면에 고랑 패턴이 함몰 형성된 제2 기판을 포함하며,상기 유기 발광 소자는 발광 영역과 비발광 영역으로 구분되며,상기 고랑 패턴은 상기 유기 발광 소자의 상기 비발광 영역에 대응하는 위치에 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 고랑 패턴은 스트라이프(stripe) 모양인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 고랑 패턴은 격자 모양인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 유기 발광 소자는 제1 전극, 유기 발광층, 및 제2 전극을 포함하며,상기 제1 기판은 상기 유기 발광 소자의 상기 제1 전극을 드러내는 개구부를 가지고 상기 유기 발광 소자의 상기 발광 영역 및 상기 비발광 영역을 정의하는 화소 정의막을 더 포함하고,상기 고랑 패턴은 상기 제1 기판의 상기 화소 정의막에 대응하는 위치에 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 고랑 패턴은 수 마이크로미터(㎛) 단위의 폭을 갖는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 제2 기판은 상기 고랑 패턴에 채워진 차광층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 차광층은 잉크젯 프린팅(inkjet printing) 방식으로 상기 고랑 패턴 내에 도포된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
