Claims (7)
- a) 유리지방산을 10%(w/w) 이상 포함하는 폐유지를 원료로하여 알콜과 산촉매 존재 하에 에스테르화 반응하는 단계;b), 상기 a) 단계의 생성물을 알콜과 염기촉매 하에 전이에스테르화 반응하는 단계;c), 상기 a) 단계 및 b) 단계에서 과잉 알콜을 증류법을 이용하여 회수하고 회수된 알콜에 포함된 수분을 투과증발법을 이용하여 제거하는 단계;d), 상기 c) 단계에서 수분이 제거된 알콜을 상기 a) 단계 또는 b) 단계의 알콜로 재사용하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조하되,상기 폐유지는 동물성 폐돈지, 동물성 폐우지, 하수기름찌꺼기, 또는 소프스톡에서 추출한 다크오일 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 사용하고,상기 산촉매는 Amberlyst-15, Amberlyst BD20, WO3/ZrO2, WO3/Al2O3, WO3/SiO2, SO4 2-/ZrO2, SO4 2-/Al2O3, SO4 2-/SiO2, 또는 황산 중에서 선택된 하나이고,상기 염기촉매는 NaOH, KOH, NaOCH3, 또는 KOCH3 중에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리지방산을 포함하는 원료유로부터 바이오디젤의 제조방법.
