Claims (6)
- 골재20 ~ 30wt%, 모래 40 ~ 50wt%, 점토 90 ~ 95wt%와 무기고화제 5 ~ 10wt%를 혼합하여 이루어진 점토조성물 20 ~ 30wt%, 물 5 ~ 10wt%를 혼합하여 1차 혼합물을 만드는 1차 혼합단계;
상기 1차 혼합단계를 거친 1차 혼합물을 금형틀에 채우고 다짐하여 베이스층을 형성하는 1차 성형단계;
점토조성물 40 ~ 50wt%, 폐유리 40 ~ 50wt%, 물 5 ~ 10wt%를 혼합하여 2차 혼합물을 만드는 2차 혼합단계;
상기 2차 혼합단계를 거친 2차 혼합물을 베이스층 상단에 채우고 다짐하여 표면층을 형성하는 2차 성형단계;
상기 1, 2차 성형단계(S20, S40)를 거쳐 베이스층과 표면층으로 이루어진 성형체를 금형틀에서 분리하는 분리단계;
상기 분리된 성형체를 양생하는 양생단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투수 및 보수가 용이한 순환블럭의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 점토는 규조토이거나 수분 2 ~ 5중량%, 이산화규소(SiO2) 및 불용해성물질(insol) 30 ~50중량%, 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 5 ~ 10중량%, 산화철(Fe2O3) 2 ~ 5중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 20 ~ 30중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 1 ~ 3중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O) 0.1 ~ 0.2중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O) 0.5 ~ 1중량%로 구성된 백산토 인 것을 특징으로 하는 투수 및 보수가 용이한 순환블럭의 제조방법. - 삭제
