Claims (2)
- 폴리에틸렌(PE)에 폴리스티렌(PS)을 혼합한 소재와 발포폴리프로필렌(EPP)소재와 폴리프로필렌(PP)소재와 폴리에틸렌(PE)소재와 폴리우레탄(PU)소재의 소재군 중 하나의 소재를 원료로 한 발포칩에 단섬유 화학사인 저융점 화이바와 천연사를 혼합하고 그 위에 접착물질을 분사시켜 열과 압력에 의해 발포칩과 단섬유 화학사가 용융되면서 천연사와 일체를 이루는 이형소재를 혼합하여 얻어지는 판재에 있어서,상기 발포칩과 단섬유 화학사인 저융점 화이바와 천연사의 혼합비율은 발포칩과 저융점 화이바는 중량비율 7:3 내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합하고, 발포칩과 저융점화이바가 혼합된 상태에서 천연사를 중량비율 6:4 내지 4:6의 비율로 혼합하여 일체를 이루 것을 특징으로 하는 이형소재를 혼합성형하여 얻어지는 판재.
- 폴리에틸렌(PE)에 폴리스티렌(PS)을 혼합한 소재와 발포폴리프로필렌(EPP)소재와 폴리프로필렌(PP)소재와 폴리에틸렌(PE)소재와 폴리우레탄(PU)소재의 소재군 중 하나의 소재를 원료로 한 발포칩 또는 알갱이 상태의 발포칩과 단섬유 상태의 저융점 화이바인 폴리에틸렌(PE) 단섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)단섬유를 7:3 내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합시킨 소재 제1혼합공정과; 상기 소재 제1혼합공정을 거친 소재에 천연사를 6:4~4:6으로 혼합시키 뒤엉키는 상태의 이형소재혼합공정; 상기 이형소재혼합공정을 거친 발포칩과 저융점단섬유와 천연사가 뒤엉킨 혼합상태에서 폴리프로필렌글라이콜(PPG) 또는 톨루엔디이소시아내이트(TDI) 또는 폴리프로필렌파우더 또 는 세라믹파우더 등을 일정비율로 혼합한 액상의 접착물질을 분사시키는 접착물질투입공정; 상기 접착물질투입공정을 거친 혼합상태의 이형소재에 열을 가해 가접합시킴과 동시에 혼합과정에서 투입된 접착물질의 유기성분을 탈취하는 탈취공정과; 상기 탈취공정을 거친 가접합상태의 혼합소재에 열과 압력을 가해 일체를 이루게 하는 판재성형공정과; 상기 판재성형공정을 거친 성형된 판재를 일정한 폭과 두께를 이루게 하는 절단공정과; 일정한 폭과 두께를 이루는 판재를 사용목적에 적합하도록 프레스가공공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형소재를 혼합성형하여 얻어지는 판재의 제조방법.
