Claims (8)
- 링형 가공대상물의 표면 황삭 가공, 정삭 가공, 드릴 가공 중 하나 이상의 가공이 가능한 가공장치 일측에 회전 가능하게 구비된 회전테이블과,상기 회전테이블의 상면 일측에서 링형 가공대상물을 지지하는 다수 척과,상기 다수 척과 대응되는 개수로 구비되어 척의 직선왕복운동을 강제하는 이동강제수단과,상기 이동강제수단의 일측에서 링형 가공대상물의 내주면까지의 거리를 측정하는 다수 거리감지센서와,상기 다수 거리감지센서에서 측정된 측정거리와 미리 설정된 설정거리를 비교하여 상기 이동강제수단의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 척은,상기 회전테이블의 회전중심으로부터 방사상으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 척은,상기 회전테이블의 회전중심을 기준으로 동일한 각도만큼 이격됨을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이동강제수단은,상기 회전테이블과 동심원 상에 고정된 가이드블럭과,상기 제어부에 의해 선택적으로 전원이 인가되어 회전동력을 발생하는 모터와,상기 모터로부터 회전동력을 제공받아 회전하여 척의 직선 왕복 운동을 강제하는 리드스크류를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 거리감지센서 중에서 측정된 측정거리와 설정거리 동일한 경우,상기 제어부는 다수 모터 중에서 이에 대응하는 모터의 동작을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 이동강제수단에 각각 구비된 모터 중 하나 이상이 동작 중에 상기 회전테이블은 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 거리감지센서는 리드스크류의 회전 중심선과 평행한 방향으로 거리를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 다수 이동강제수단 사이에는,상기 링형 가공대상물의 기울어짐을 방지하기 위한 지지대가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 링형 가공대상물의 동심조정장치.
