Claims (4)
- 연잎을 냉동건조하여 분말가공하는 공정과;뚱딴지를 냉동건조하여 분말가공하는 공정과;시금치를 삶고 분쇄하여 시금치즙을 가공하는 공정과;밀가루에 상기 공정으로 가공된 연잎분말, 뚱딴지분말 및 시금치즙을 혼합하고, 물을 혼합하여 반죽하는 공정을 포함하고,상기 반죽의 혼합비가 밀가루 70~90wt%, 연잎분말 1~10wt%, 뚱딴지분말 2~15wt%, 및 시금치즙 2~15wt%로써 물을 혼합하여 반죽하며, 상기 반죽을 이용하여 국수의 면발을 뽑아내는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연잎국수의 제조방법.
