실시예 3. 분석을 토대로 조성된 향료의 관능평가Example 3 Sensory Evaluation of Perfume Prepared Based on the Analysis

실시예 2의 방법에 따라 조합된 조합향료 (A)를 이용하여 표 4의 조성에 따라 샤워코롱을 제조하였고, 일반인을 대상으로 관능평가를 실시하였다. 관능평가는 25세에서 45세의 일반 남녀 15명을 대상으로 하였으며 백합의 향취를 재현한 샤워코롱을 사용하고 하기 표 5의 설문에 응하도록 하였다. 그 결과를 표 6에 나타내었다.Shower cologne was prepared according to the composition of Table 4 using the combination perfume (A) combined according to the method of Example 2, and the sensory evaluation was carried out for the general public. The sensory evaluation was conducted on 15 men and women aged 25 to 45 years, using a shower cologne that reproduces the scent of lilies and responded to the questionnaire of Table 5 below. The results are shown in Table 6.

상기 표 6에서 보는 바와 같이 백합향취를 재현한 조합향료(A)는 실제 백합의 향취와는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 선호도 또한 그다지 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.As shown in Table 6, the combination fragrance (A) that reproduced the lily scent was found to be different from the scent of the lily, and the preference was also not so high.

실시예 4. 백합 향추출물을 함유한 향취 개선 향료 제조 및 관능평가Example 4 Preparation and Sensory Evaluation of Fragrance-Enhancing Perfume Containing Lily Fragrance Extract

전문 조향사가 관능검사를 수행한 결과, 백합 향취를 재현한 이 향료 조성물은 향이 거칠고 자극적인 것으로 나타났다. 합성향료만으로는 천연 백합이 갖는 은은하고 풍부한 향을 얻을 수 없었기 때문에 이 조합향료에 백합 향추출물(표 7에서, 백합 향추출물(Lily ab))을 첨가한 조합향료(B)를 제조하였다. 백합 향추출물은 추출용매로서 핵산을 사용하여 당업계에 통상적으로 알려진 방법으로 추출하였다. 백합 향추출물을 6중량% 이상 첨가하면 향의 강도가 너무 강해지며 향 전체의 밸런스가 맞지 않으며 3중량% 이하로 사용하면 백합의 향취가 잘 살아나지 않았다. 백합 향추출물을 4중량% 사용했을 때 전체적인 향의 밸런스와 지속성, 확산성이 좋아지며 풍부한 백합향을 느낄 수 있었다.Sensory tests performed by a professional steeringman showed that the fragrance composition, which reproduced the lily scent, was coarse and irritating. Synthetic fragrance alone was not able to obtain the soft and rich aroma of natural lilies, so a combination perfume (B) was added to which the lily fragrance extract (Lily ab) in Table 7 was added. Lily extract was extracted by a method commonly known in the art using a nucleic acid as the extraction solvent. When more than 6% by weight of lily extract is added, the strength of the fragrance is too strong, the balance of the whole aroma is not balanced, and when used below 3% by weight, the fragrance of the lily did not survive well. When 4% by weight of lily extract was used, the balance, persistence, and diffusion of the overall aroma were improved and abundant lily aroma could be felt.

백합 향추출물이 함유된 조합향료(B)를 만들어 조합향료 (A)와 비교 관능평가를 실시하였다. 위와 마찬가지로 샤워코롱을 만들어 향을 평가하였다. 설문 결과는 다음에 나타내었다.Combination fragrance (B) containing lily fragrance extract was made and subjected to comparative sensory evaluation with the combination fragrance (A). Claims (5)
