Claims (2)
- 센서 네트워크(Wireless Sensor Network) 및 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)을 포함하는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 기술을 활용하여 자재 생산 공장과 건설 현장에서 자재의 재고 관리, 적재 관리, 입/출고 관리, 운반, 양중, 및 적치 관리의 효율을 높임과 아울러, 공사참여자 간 자재 정보를 실시간으로 공유하여 물류 관리 프로세스의 효율성을 증대시키도록 구성되는 지능형 팔레트 시스템에서 팔레트에 적재된 화물의 RFID 태그를 인식하여 지능형 팔레트 시스템에 전달하는 지능형 무버에 있어서,포크(11)의 일측에 하중감지센서(14)가 설치되어 제어박스(30)에 연결되는 지능형 무버(10):중공의 몸체(21) 전면에 홈부(22)가 형성되고, 홈부(22)에 길이 방향으로 슬릿홀(23)이 내부와 관통되게 형성되며, 포크(11)의 후방에 하단이 고정되는 리더기설치바(20);내부에 전원부가 구비되어 하중감지센서(14)와 연결되고, 리더기(40)와 보조리더기(80)와 연결된 데이터저장장치가 구비되며, 내측에 모터(31)가 설치되고, 제어회로부가 형성되어 제어신호를 외부로 송출함과 동시에 외부로부터 수신되는 다양한 정보를 수신하기 위한 통신 인터페이스가 포함된 제어박스(30);리더기설치바(20)의 홈부(22)에 삽입되어 상하 이동 가능하게 고정되고, 후단에 고정부(41)가 형성되어 슬릿홀(23)을 통해 리더기설치바(20) 내측의 벨트(42) 와 고정되며, 모터(31)의 회전축에 고정된 모터구동기어(32)와 맞물려 회전하는 벨트구동기어(43)에 벨트(42)가 맞물려 회전하면서 홈부(22)를 따라 승하강되는 리더기(40);리더기설치바(20)의 상단에 승강이 가능하게 보조리더기지지부(50)가 설치되고, 보조리더기지지부(50)에 회동체(70)가 회전가능하게 설치되며, 회동체(70)의 단부에 설치되는 보조리더기(80): 가 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 팔레트 시스템용 지능형 무버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,보조리더기(80)가 지지되는 보조리더기지지부(50)는 리더기설치바(20)에 몸체가 고정된 실린더(60)의 로드 단부가 고정된 로드고정부(53)가 형성되고, 로드고정부(53)의 몸체(51) 내부에 모터(52)가 내장되어 제어박스(30)의 제어부와 전원연결되며, 모터(52)의 회전축(52-1)은 보조리더기(80)가 일단에 고정된 회동체(70)의 타단에 고정되어 회동체(70)를 회전시키고, 실린더(60)는 제어박스(30) 내에 설치된 유압펌프와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 팔레트 시스템용 지능형 무버.
