Claims (3)
- 장변부와 단변부로 이루어지는 강의 연속주조용 주형에 있어서,상기 단변부는 상단변부와 하단변부로 이루어지고;상기 상단변부의 경사도는 하기 식(1)에 의해 구해지는 값으로 2.2 ~ 2.8 %/m이고, 상기 하단변부의 경사도는 하기 식(1)에 의해 구해지는 값으로 0.8 ~ 1.2%/m이고;(수학식 1)경사도(%/m)=(WT-WB)/(WB *L) * 100[WT: 주형 상부에서 주편폭이고, WB: 주형 하부에서 주편폭이고, 그리고 L: 탕면으로부터의 주형길이]그리고상기 상단변부와 하단변부의 경계선은 탕면으로부터 50 ~ 100 mm지점에 위치되도록 구성되어 있는 강의 연속주조용 주형
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상단변부의 경사도는 2.45 ~ 2.65 %/m이고, 상기 하단변부의 경사도는 0.9 ~ 1.1%/m이고, 그리고 상기 상단변부와 하단변부의 경계선은 탕면으로부터 60 ~ 90 mm지점에 위치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속주조용 주형
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단변부는 포물선형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속주조용 주형
