Claims (8)
- 프로필렌, 아이소뷰틸렌, t-뷰틸알콜 및 메틸-t-뷰틸에테르 중 1종 이상을 분자상 산소에 의해 기상 접촉 산화하여 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산을 합성할 때 사용되는, 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자에 액체를 첨가하여 혼련하고, 이 혼련물을 압출 성형하는 공정,(ii) 압출 성형하여 수득된 성형품을 양생하는 공정, 및(iii) 양생한 성형품을 건조 또는 소성하거나 이들 둘 다를 행하는 공정을 포함하고,몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자에 액체를 첨가한 후 (iii)의 공정 직전까지의 시간(입자와 액체의 접촉 시간)이 1 내지 48시간이며,(ii)의 공정에서 성형품을 양생하는 시간(양생 시간)이 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자와 액체의 접촉 시간의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 프로필렌, 아이소뷰틸렌, t-뷰틸알콜 및 메틸-t-뷰틸에테르 중 1종 이상을 분자상 산소에 의해 기상 접촉 산화하여 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산을 합성할 때 사용되는, 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자에 액체를 첨가하여 혼련하고, 이 혼련물을 성형(1차 성형)하는 공정,(ii) 성형하여 수득된 1차 성형품을 양생하는 공정,(iii) 양생한 1차 성형품을 압출 성형(2차 성형)하는 공정, 및(iv) 압출 성형하여 수득된 2차 성형품을 건조 또는 소성하거나 이들 둘 다를 행하는 공정을 포함하고,몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자에 액체를 첨가한 후 (iv)의 공정 직전까지의 시간(입자와 액체의 접촉 시간)이 1 내지 48시간이며,(ii)의 공정에서 1차 성형품을 양생하는 시간(양생 시간)이 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자와 액체의 접촉 시간의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,1차 성형이 압출 성형인 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,성형품 또는 1차 성형품을 양생하는 공정에서 양생 온도가 3 내지 40℃인 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체가 물인 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(i)의 공정에서 상기 액체의 첨가량이 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 포함하는 입자 100질량부를 기준으로 10 내지 70질량부인 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 촉매의 존재 하에 프로필렌, 아이소뷰틸렌, t-뷰틸알콜 및 메틸-t-뷰틸에테르 중 1종 이상을 분자상 산소에 의해 기상 접촉 산화하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카복실산의 합성 방법.
