Claims (12)
- 전기에너지를 발생시키는 자체 발전수단과, 지상에 세워져 설치되고 상기 자체 발전수단이 장착되는 지주대(140)와, 상기 지주대(140)의 상부에 설치되는 램프(120)와, 상기 자체 발전수단과 연결되어 그로부터 발생한 전기에너지를 축전시키는 축전지(130)를 포함하여 구성되는 가로등에 있어서,상기 축전지(130)가 상기 지주대(140)의 내부공간에 장착되고, 상기 축전지(130)는 단위 셀(132)들을 전기적으로 접속하여 구성되되,상기 축전지(130)는 원통형의 단위 셀(132)들이 각각의 양단 전극에 접속된 접속플레이트(133a,133b,134a,134b)에 의해 직렬-병렬 복합방식으로 접속되어서 구성되고,상기 지주대(140)의 외측에는 축전지(130)의 충전상태 및 전기 잔량, 작동시간 및 예상 사용시간을 포함한 축전지의 상태를 디스플레이하기 위한 표시부를 설치되고,상기 축전지(130) 및 램프(120)에 연결되어 이들의 작동을 제어하는 제어기(150)가 상기 축전지(130)와 함께 지주대(140)의 내부공간에 장착되고,상기 램프의 점등을 위한 전력공급원으로 전력계통선이 추가 연결되어, 상기 제어기를 통해 램프 점등을 위한 전력공급이 자체 발전수단, 축전지, 전력계통선 중 선택된 하나로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축전지(130)는 상기 원통형의 단위 셀(132)들이 전체적으로 사각 단면의 기둥 형상으로 조합되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축전지(130)는, 원통형의 단위 셀(132)들이 접속되어 하나의 서브 축전지(131)를 구성하고 이러한 서브 축전지(131) 복수개가 기둥 형상으로 상하 적층되어 상기 서브 축전지 간에 단위 셀(132)들이 서로 접속됨으로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 각 서브 축전지(131)는 상기 단위 셀(132)들이 원통형으로 배치되어, 상기 서브 축전지(131)로 구성되는 축전지(130) 전체가 원통형으로 구성되며,상기 각 서브 축전지(131) 내의 단위 셀(132)들 간에는 서로 병렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 상하로 적층되는 서브 축전지(131)들은 서로 직렬로 접속되어 상기 축전지(130)를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축전지(130)는 상기 단위 셀(132)로서 리튬이온(Li-ion) 셀을 사용하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축전지(130)는 상기 단위 셀(132)로서 리튬이온 폴리머(Li-ion Polymer), 니켈-카드뮴(Nickel-cadmium), 니켈-메탈하이드라이드(Nickel-MH)의 셀 중 선택된 것을 사용하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전지 내장형 가로등.
