Claims (1)
- 표면상에 설계에 따라 정해진 패턴의 회로가 형성되고, 길이방향 중심선상에서 정해진 간격을 두고 다수개의 방열공(12)이 형성된 인쇄회로기판(14)과;상기 인쇄회로기판(14)상에 형성된 각각의 방열공(12)에 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 회로패턴과 전기적으로 접속되어 전류의 인가에 따라 점등되는 다수개의 LED소자(16)와;상기 인쇄회로기판(14)의 직상방에 위치되며, 열전도성이 우수한 재질로 이루어지고, 면상의 길이방향을 따라 인쇄회로기판상의 각 방열공(12)과 일치하는 위치에 관통공(18)이 형성되는 한편, 좌우 양단부에는 다수개의 방열핀(20)이 종방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 돌출되게 형성되고, 좌우측 상부면과 좌우측 하부면에는 각각 덮개장착홈(22)과 등커버장착홈(24)이 길이방향을 따라 형성된 제1방열부재(26)와;열전도성이 우수한 재질로 이루어지며, 윗쪽으로부터 제1방열부재(26)에 형성된 각 관통공(18)과 인쇄회로기판(14)상에 형성된 각각의 방열공(12)을 통하여 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 가장 아랫쪽에 위치되는 것의 하단부가 LED소자(16)의 상단부와 접촉되는 다수개의 체결부재(28)와;열전도성이 우수한 재질로 이루어지며, 외주면을 따라 다수개의 방열핀(20')이 방사상으로 돌출되게 형성된 상태에서 상기 각 체결부재(28)의 상단과 하단에 연속적으로 끼워져 결합되는 다수개의 제2방열부재(30)와;상기 제1방열부재(26)의 상부면 좌우 양쪽에 형성된 덮개장착홈(22)에 끼워져 결합되는 덮개(32)와;투명 또는 반투명의 재질로 형성되며, 상기 제1방열부재(26)의 하부면 좌우 양쪽에 형성된 등커버장착홈(24)에 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 LED소자(16)가 점등되는 경우 그 빛이 외측으로 투과되어 조사되도록 하는 등커버(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디조명등의 방열장치.
