Claims (13)
- L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신의 제조방법으로서,에쉐리히아 콜리에 속하고 L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신을 생산하는 능력을 가지며 미생물의 세포에서 알라닌-발린 트랜스아미나아제를 코딩하는 에쉐리히아 콜리 DNA 의 카피수를 증가시킴으로써 알라닌-발린 트랜스아미나아제 활성이 상승된 미생물 재조합주를 배지에서 배양하고, L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신을 배양액 내 형성 및 축적시키고, 배양액으로부터 L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신을 회수하는 것을 포함하며,미생물 재조합주의 부산물 L-발린 대 L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신의 비가 비(非)변이 미생물과 비교하여 감소된,L-루이신 또는 L-이소루이신의 제조방법.
