Claims (9)
- 레이저 용접에의해 점화플러그의 귀금속 팁을 전극에 결합하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법에 있어서,상기 레이저 용접의 시간에 따른 레이저빔출력 파형에 있어서, 중간부가 양끝단부에 비해 출력이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔 출력 파형은, 사각파형을 기초로하여 중간부가 양끝단부에 비해 출력이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔의 총 입열량은 70J/cm2 이상 130J/cm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 레이저 용접에의해 점화플러그의 귀금속 팁을 전극에 결합하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법에 있어서,상기 레이저 용접의 시간에 따른 레이저빔출력 파형은,상기 레이저빔 출력이 점진적으로 증가하는 상승부;상기 상승부 이후에 상기 레이저빔 출력이 일정하게 유지되는 출력 유지부; 및상기 출력유지부 이후에 출력이 점진적으로 감소하는 하강부;를 포함하는 사다리꼴 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 상승부, 상기 출력 유지부 및 상기 하강부의 레이저빔 조사시간은 서로 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔의 총 입열량은 60J/cm2 이상 150J/cm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 레이저 용접에의해 점화플러그의 귀금속 팁을 전극에 결합하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법에 있어서,상기 레이저 용접의 시간에 따른 레이저빔출력 파형은,상기 레이저빔 출력이 점진적으로 증가하는 상승부;상기 상승부 이후에 출력이 점진적으로 감소하는 하강부;를 포함하는 삼각형 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 상승부 및 상기 하강부의 레이저빔 조사시간은 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔의 총 입열량은 60J/cm2이상 150J/cm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그 전극팁 용접방법.
