Claims (6)
- 수평균분자량 2000∼100000 의 고분자 형태 대전방지제를 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대해 2∼14 중량부 함유하고, 외관 밀도가 15∼65g/L 이고, 에탄올을 사용한 초음파 세정 후의 표면 고유저항률이 1 ×108∼1 ×1013 (Ω) 이고, 평균 기포직경이 하기 (1), (2) 및 (3) 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체:0.35≤Z/X ≤1.2 … (1)0.35≤Z/Y ≤1.2 … (2)0.2≤Z ≤1.4 … (3)(단, X, Y 및 Z 는 압출방향의 평균 기포직경:X(㎜), 폭방향의 평균 기포직경:Y(㎜) 및 두께방향의 평균 기포직경:Z(㎜) 로 함).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체 중의 고분자 형태 대전방지제의 함유량이, 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대해 2∼11 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체 중의 고분자 형태 대전방지제의 함유량이, 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대해 2∼9 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체.
- 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 폴리프로필렌 수지에서 선택되는 폴리올레핀 수지, 수평균분자량 2000∼100000 의 고분자 형태 대전방지제, 기포조정제, 및 유기 물리발포제, 무기 물리발포제 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물리발포제를 압출기 내에서 혼련하여, 발포성 폴리올레핀 수지 용융물을 형성하고, 그 발포성 폴리올레핀 수지 용융물을 압출 발포하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법으로,상기 고분자 형태 대전방지제의 첨가량이 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대해 2∼14 중량부이고,상기 고분자 형태 대전방지제의 결정화 온도가 60∼110℃ 이하이고,상기 폴리올레핀 수지의 측정온도 190℃, 전단속도 100sec-1 에서의 용융점도:Ma(㎩ㆍs) 와, 상기 고분자 형태 대전방지제의 측정온도 190℃, 전단속도 100sec-1 에서의 용융점도:Mb(㎩ㆍs) 와의 관계가 하기 (4) 및 (5) 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.Ma〉Mb (4)80㎩ㆍs≤Mb≤1000㎩ㆍs (5)
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지가 190℃ 에서의 용융장력이 30∼400mN 의 폴리에틸렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지가 230℃ 에서의 용융장력이 30∼400mN 의 폴리프로필렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
