Claims (1)
- 능이버섯을 주로 하는 건강 음료의 제조방법에 있어서,능이버섯 9kg을 음지에서 7일 건조시켜 건조된 능이버섯 250g를 얻은 다음, 감초 20g, 은행 200g, 감잎50g, 느릅나무 50g를 압력솥에 물 25ℓ와 함께 투입하여 180℃에서 4시간 가열한 다음,다시 2차로 100℃에서 끓인 다음, 멸균하여 레토르트 진공 포장 하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 능이버섯을 주로 하는 건강 음료의 제조방법.
