Description
상기 두 개의 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기가 각각 설치되고 절연 성능을 갖는 합성수지 재질로 이루어진 외함과, 상기 외함 내부의 중앙에 회전가능하도록 설치되고 각 단부에 금속 접점이 형성된 T자 형상의 회전 스위치로 이루어진 다위치 스위치를 포함하여 구성하되; 상기 외함의 내부에는 습기의 습입을 방지하기 위해 비활성 가스가 봉입되고, 상기 두 개의 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기는 서로 직각을 형성하도록 설치하여; 상기 다위치 스위치의 회전 스위치가 회전함에 따라 상기 각 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기를 개방 또는 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
전술한 구성에서, 상기 다위치 스위치의 회전 스위치는 상기 금속 접점과 상기 금속 접점의 상면에 형성되고 금속 또는 플라스틱 재질로 이루어진 반원형 형상의 조작부의 이중 날개 구조로 이루어지되, 상기 진공 차단기의 작동축과 기계적으로 상호 잠금 작용하여 상기 진공 차단기가 열린 상태에서만 작동을 허락한다. 상기 진공 차단기의 외함의 재질로는 에폭시 레진이 사용되는 것이 바람직하다.

- 진공의 절연 특성을 이용하여 다른 전위 사이의 절연 거리를 단축하는 진공 소자인 2개의 진공 격리기와, 내부가 진공인 내장-폴 타입의 진공 차단기로 이루어진 중전압 스위치기어에 있어서,상기 두 개의 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기가 각각 설치되고 절연 성능을 갖는 합성수지 재질로 이루어진 외함과, 상기 외함 내부의 중앙에 회전가능하도록 설치되고 각 단부에 금속 접점이 형성된 T자 형상의 회전 스위치로 이루어진 다위치 스위치를 포함하여 구성하되;상기 외함의 내부에는 습기의 습입을 방지하기 위해 비활성 가스가 봉입되고, 상기 두 개의 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기는 서로 직각을 형성하도록 설치하여;상기 다위치 스위치의 회전 스위치가 회전함에 따라 상기 각 진공 격리기 및 진공 차단기를 개방 또는 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전 스위치는 T자 형상의 상기 금속 접점과, 상기 금속 접점의 상면에 형성되고 금속 또는 플라스틱 재질로 이루어진 반원형 형상의 조작부가 이중 날개 구조를 이루도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,서로 직각을 이루도록 이웃하게 설치된 상기 진공 격리기 중 1개는 모선에 연결되는 모선용 진공 격리기이고, 나머지 1개는 접지단에 연결되는 접지용 진공 격리기인 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 모선용 진공 격리기와 상기 접지용 진공 격리기는, 각각 내부가 진공인 세라믹 외함과, 상기 모선이나 접지단에 연결되도록 상기 세라믹 외함의 외측으로 설치되어 있는 고정 접점과, 상기 고정 접점과 접촉 또는 분리될 수 있도록 상기 외함의 내부에서 이동가능하게 설치된 가동 접점 및, 상기 다위치 스위치의 회전 스위치가 접촉하지 않은 때는 상기 각 가동 접점을 상기 고정 접점으로부터 분리시키는 방향으로 탄성력을 부여하는 압축 스프링을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 각 접점의 형상은 평탄 접점, 튤립 형상의 접점 또는 환형 접점으로 이 루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 가동 접점은 대기 압력으로부터 상기 세라믹 외함을 밀봉할 수 있도록 벨로우즈 슬리브를 사용하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 각 진공 격리기의 세라믹 외함 내부에는 진공 내의 잔류가스를 흡수하는 게터가 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 중전압 스위치기어.
